Late night upload reminds me of the time I met Sam at a Gym in Ohio. He asked me for a spot, I obliged him. He was on his 12th rep of 315. I reached for the bar as he began to fail. As I reached, he began glowing and the room began to vibrate. The bar disappeared then Sam floated off the bench and transambulated through the ceiling. Absolutely wild. True story. Edge /Smoke Crack

These car talks are one of the highlights of my life right now. The casual feeling, the closeness, the man to man talk, feels absolutely great. I feel like i might as well be talking to one of my best friends, because i have no one in my life that goes to the gym at all, or is even remotely interested in any of it. What i´m saying, Sam, is i think your my best friend right now, just by being nothing else than the guy you are. I think that sounded gay enough. Now i gotta go mix a shake, lift some heavy stuff, and watch the rest of your video. For those of us without one, It´s like having a real life gym buddy. The daily videos really does help motivate me, so big thanks for that.

to anyone just starting all i can say is do not worry about the way you look in the gym because if you stay consistent the gains will come and eventually you just start to realize the different body types in the gym and over time you even start to see people who were like you starting out and you begin to think back to how it was when you first started and finally you are in the point of view of the very same people you thought were judging you but in reality it was the complete opposite. keep grinding 🦾

I increased the surplus to 500 starting yesterday. Any tips I could get?? I am not lean but I reduced my weight so much that my ribs were visible and love handles were too prominent, So I decided to bulk for at-least 3-4 months so that I can grow my lats and my overall frame. Which I think will make it so that my obliques are not sticking out. 170 cms, bw 66.7 kgs. 20 years old.

damn this hurts, i was enjoying going to the gym for months after not lifting since highschool 33yo and had to stop i couldnt afford the calories and took three weeks off 6 months in the bulk im on week four now and forwhat its worth i was just angrey and hate myself going there to just tire myself out and because when you cant feel anything but pain on the inside it feels good to blowout sets of 8 for cleans and fail on last two reps.i just cant afford the 20+ hours a week and food costs .in the past year i went from 235lbs 5-8 to 165 in two months after my sentencing/probation and losing my 100k job. i was able to bulk up back to 195 in the past 6 months. the only reason i even walked into the gym is riding bicycyle ten miles to my new shit job at 4am it was only place open to stop and pee. im realizing that the gym is bad for you i havent been in 4 weeks and my elbows and knees back hips wrists knuckles are all shot. i loved construction, loved the gym but now much like everything else it was just a lie.

For me, working out isn’t even about motivation. Excersize should be mandatory human activity. Not to look great or to lift heavier objects, but for your general health. It’s just something you HAVE to do 🤷♂️like how we all use the bathroom. Especially cardio. I cannot express how important your cardiovascular health is. Especially when you get older it’s much harder to excersize

Im starting to go gym next week, I did watch some videos before finding your videos, and most of them tell me that I have to do a full body workout for some time, to get the body to understand what its happening, then i would go to focusing a particular muscle like calves, biceps, back etc.. Other videos tell me that I should just skip the full body workout and got straight to pull/push/leg workout sequence. So that is what makes me confused.
