Hey Marion! Greetings from Seattle, Washington, USA where it’s still Tuesday night. I’m definitely cooking something similar to this tomorrow for dinner. I like to do something similar with chicken drumsticks or thigh cutlets- I doctor up the char siu sauce with some honey, ginger, garlic, sesame oil and cooking wine, marinate the chicken for a short time, and roast them in the oven!👍🏻🥰
