Hey Jordan your content is great been following for almost a year now. I just switched niches last week and was able to book 5 meetings with 25 cold calls. I was then able to close the first 2 of those 5 meetings. I still got 3 meetings to go and 2 onboarding calls. I’m planning on joining the community once I have 2-3 consistent client and some money saved up.

Just starting out my Real Estate SMMA, I have been watching content about sales and marketing for years though. Just no action on my belt. I'm aiming pretty high, like at least 30k/month this year. Hey Jordan, absolutely love your content. I'm 17 years old, I live in Texas, and I got one client that (if everything goes well) will pay me $2,500/mo + 5% profit share on each project that we bring them. I'm running Facebook ads for him. My niche is very high-ticket (custom home builders) and I know I can make lots of money with my agency. My biggest challenge is organization to put in the work. I get pretty perfectionist (searching for the best script to increase my booking rate) with my outreach and end up wasting a lot of the scarce time that I got. I wake up at 5:30 am to go to school and come back at 3:15PM. I know this is a lot but I'd love to get some insights and advice. I'm not easily offended - if you think I'm procrastinating and being lazy, bring it on lol. Anyways, thanks for all the content you've been posting!

Hey Jordan, love the content recently! Im 22 years old from Canada and im still in university, I started my agency two months ago in the basement renovation niche, currently just struggling to put in a constant amount of outreach and getting meetings with qualified individuals. Im very convicted that i can deliver great results for my niche but im struggling to get on the phone with people who are suitable for my service and would be willing to take a chance as my first client. Bro one question. I want to taget e-commerce clients so i don't think cold calling is the best for it. The best one maybe cold DMs to their profiles and after that maybe emails But when we send cold DMs, it ends up in requests section, why is that and how to avoid it? Should we follow them first, maybe engage with their content for a while and then Dm the next day? What is workaround?
