Whats your current training plan and whats your daily calory demand? I thought about going keto, but couple things held me back. Like its harder to plan, you have to freeze a lot of meat and start defrosting it in time. With high carb its easier, pasta, rice and deep-fried vegetables are basically instantly accessible and need very little storage room. Also meat is very dense, and I was kinda afraid to eat too much becaue you feel hungrier after eating proteins compared to rice that contains the same amount of energy.

Eating that much beef isn't good for you. Eating a mostly red diet literally shoots your risk of diabetes and heart problems. Same as eggs. They have healthy cholesterol but are loaded with it. Eating 12 a day is a huge shock to your system. The fact they ate low amounts of vegetables on top of that is also horrible. Arnold went through multiple heart surgeries and is basically vegan now. The low cycling helped them overall. Problem now is that they cycle all year long with maybe a 2-4 week break with all the new gear. Then eat these absurdly high calorie diets to get as big as possible, So even though they are eating pretty healthy meals, the overload is the killer.
@theboraxbandit9563 Жыл бұрын

We've been consuming it for as long as we can record, some cultures consuming nothing but it. Our cells, brain, mothers milk etc is all made out of cholesterol. It's ridiculous to think it could harm us. People have consumed up to 50 raw eggs a day with no problems. Vegetables are man made and do not exist in nature. We can't even utilize them properly as our bodies aren't designed to break them down. Why do you think we would require them? also Arnold took steroids if you didn't already know. @bronxishomenomatterwhereig31492 жыл бұрын
Only explanation for the severe lack of energy. Is that you didn't get enough fats in your diet to replace the carbs. On keto diet, fat becomes your fuel source instead of the glucose from carbs. So you must be sure to get plenty of good fat in your diet if your gonna do keto

@Mr Peanut first of all you dont know where i live, second im cook i wont eat rice and chcken more that twice a month, second i have low carb diet, third im tired of discussing this shit, you say chicken and rice is cheap and next time we meet in comment section you will argue with me that bulking is hard cuz you dont enjoy eating chicken and rice, so yeah i prefer to enjoy eating food not to force myself so im eating like 15 diffrent meals per month (i eat only one meal per day) including diffrent protein carbs fat source i dont eat shit food from market ive lost 35kg (mostly fat) past year with ZERO effort and as i said it cost same after this summer i will bulk and THEN it will become expensive

Ive tried all the diets. I realised that the greek muscle men statue warriors never had a pre or post work out shake. they ate whole foods. these days i usually eat two meals a day 6-12 whole eggs, butter, cheese, 1-2kg of red meat and some fruits usually berries but sometimes apples and mangos. this is just what i do. im not looking for an argument or for you to convince me that eating meat is bad. cheers.

It just reflect the era. Back then the ppl prepared 3 regular meals, with higher fatty things like bacon sausages lard butter and olive oil (I use avocado and coconut oils also, and I use acv and lemon juice in salads water and prep meats), then moderate proteins like black coffee, beans, eggs, fish, chicken, beef, turkey, and low carbohydrates, the complex carbs, like salads oatmeal cheeses and certain veggies. Fruits too, but rare. They did however eat simple carbs, yes, more so than athletes of that era. They didn't go with the fruit and soy yogurts lattes and smoothies like today. Then they changed the pyramid to high carbohydrates low fars and proteins round that time, and ppl adapted to this unhealthy unhappy diet ever since, with now salt soy and sugar added to everything unlike anything before. An Unjust attack on fats. 👎 😋

I would definitely prefer to eat like golden era bodybuilders. The bubble gut issue currently has nothing to do with their diets. It is a result of using too much HGH. Look at the classic physique competitors today. They look like golden era bodybuilders but a fair bit leaner. They are eating a typical modern diet, but they don't overdo it on steroids and use very little HGH in comparison.
