I have Asian thick rough hair I used to shampoo and condition my hair everyday, and it would just be floppy, frizzy and get dirty really fast. I started washing every other, then every 2-5 days and my hair got healthier, has more body, overall just looks better. I style with hair powders, blow dry, add hair wax or cream for hold if needed. I’m glad I have hair at all and it helps to take care of it.

I’ve seen some people say to brush curly hair wet and straight hair dry… what if I’m not sure whether my hair is curly or straight? My mom’s hair is wavy and it most resembles that but I’m not sure where I fall, if I’m a 1 type hair or a 2 or even a 3?? Help 😭
