This zone does not belong to Nauru, it is administered by the ISA. It’s an international zone, which Nauru has no default rights to. Nauru used a loophole to gain implicit mining permissions without going through the ISA. Very important detail that should be front of the story as it’s completely different than if it were in Nauru’s EEZ.

Only 60 countries have ratified "United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea" that establishes ISA. Naturally a country have no obligation to go through an institution they haven't approved being a part of.

Towards the end, you mentioned that Nauru would recognize North Ossetia. I think you meant South Ossetia, which is the breakaway republic in Georgia.

Nauru made a lot of money from its guano deposits. It 'invested' U$200 billion with Australian money minders and lost its entire investment a few decades ago

The US, Japan, Australia, and other western countries only care about small countries if China starts to have interest in those small countries. China definitely doesn’t do charity but do business and hope to get influence, but so do all countries.

In absolutely no way does Nauru have control of the Clarion-Cliperton Zone. The closest Island to that zone is... wait for it... the Big Island of Hawaii (called Hawaii). Nauru has ZERO CONTROL over the Clarion-Cliperton Zone. There will be Nickel on the sea bed near Nauru, but the Clarion-Cliperton Zone is over 3,000 miles away. The exclusive economic zone of Nauru extends 200 nautical miles (about 230 miles) from the Nauru coast. That is about 2,800 miles away from the Clarion-Cliperton Zone. Quit saying patently stupid things.

J is not pronounced like that in Spanish there really isn't a much of a hard J concept at all. Many times jota is like the English sound associated with hache which spelled out looks less familiar to a Yankee like myself but it should remind you of H because you'll actually pronounce H Hāch even. Now the English soft J wherrit might be the case in certain dialects of hispaniphones saying J where it is the similar but non identical to the Y sound like hallelujah but it usually isn't the case in Spanish. Certainly not the J in Julio. It is actually like hoolēō. It has to do the surprisingly recent invention of the J even Julius Caesar wasn't in his time pronounced with a hard j like the modern pronunciation of Julius it would have been iirc spelled Ivlivs they had not completely ditched the near eastern influence on their alphabet so they would still have had some of consonants doing double duty also vowels and the distinction was context based. Abugida I think such a script system is called thankfully there was far fewer situations that were far less ambiguous of double duty vowel consonants all the permanently vowel vowel sounds got dedicated characters. Not the same for Y but it is only sometimes Y vowel status so like no big deal frfr no cap on gawd.

China only interested to help weaker country to develop its trade and economy to prosperity. China policy must include a win, win issue for the benefits of both countries. More weaker countries are leaning toward China to help them to build infrastructure, hospitals, schools, power plants and also industrial manufacturing plants to develop its trade and economy to peace and prosperity while western countries and the US go there to plunder its rich resources.
