Greetings all! It's been a while, as I went down hard with the plague, but I'm back and posting vids again (although they may not be coming quite as fast as before--need to work my way back into shape). That said, today's video is a first step toward addressing questions from some GOG subscribers, who have mentioned shoulder, elbow and wrist issues. The thumb tends to get lazy, due to modern boxing gloves, so here is a short vid to illustrate just how that works and how preventing "lazy thumb" will not only prevent injuries, but straighten your punches and even help you on your hooks.
