IG it's probably because of distraction like mine was playing games.. I couldn't focus on my meditation.. such kind of distraction can lead to defect in consistency!

Dandapani i am not getting how to handle narcissistic person ..i got married to one. Its difficult to live this life with this kind of person

I just divorced my narcissist wife 2 months ago. I am completely drained mentally, physically, financially and on all aspects. But, do plan it and divorce if you are dealing with narcissistic spouse. I am coming out after 5 years of relationship. I can understand what you are going through. Plan your finance safety, new place to move and everything without giving any information to your spouse and make an exit.

@@AyushSharma-vz6eg I did try to change her unconciously when I look back. But, It doesn't matter honestly. Because she was flirting with multiple guys and at that time she was giving me the silent treatment and treating me badly.. Thanks to God, I found out the proof and planned my divorce and exit silently without letting her know. She did everything a female narcissist would do and after learning about it. I found my ex-wife was a textbook example of what female NPD is..
