Yes, this exercise actually works. I just finished my fifth week of every day except one. I was able to see results by the end of the second week and I thought that I was in the twilight zone. Can't wait to see my end of year results! I really like the pace and flow of this video and tend to watch it without sound so that I can focus on movement and technique. It's a winner and I highly recommend it! Thanks Brian!

It is like low impact BACK focused cardio with unique movements which is exactly what I wanted because of high cortisol low impact exercises work great on my body . Added into my workout playlist can't wait to try it out.

I have been doing 4 weeks of kettlebell workouts, and I see no differences, yes, I did change the way of eating, or does ot always take a while?
