This is the best zumba I've ever tried. This is very effective! In my first 2 weeks, I lost my belly already and still doing this for a month now because I super love it! I can wear crop top now confidently. Thank you for this video. It changed my life as in literal a big change. Sending love! And shared this too with my friends. We are now like a group of women, doing this zumba. Salute to you ladies.

@@nurulaqlimamohdnasir8396I stopped eating sweets. I'm more into food rich in protein. Do this exercise 5 times a week and don't forget to drink lots of water. Hope it helps.
