Such fun, I thought I did not like Kick Boxing until I tried this session, I loved it! I like that I can change my pace if I feel like I can go faster, which is very helpful for this 71-year-old!

This is a genius workout! I love the music only / no speaking. So much fun :-) The time just sped by. I appreciate the little timer at the bottom of the screen. Most videos don't have that. Just the right level and amount of time for me at age 72. Though I would think any age would enjoy this format.

Thank you!🥰 This, and your strength training plan for seniors and beginners is just what I've been looking for. Some of the moves confused me but I'll figure them out! I'll be 75 in less than two weeks and needing to rebuild muscle after a second hip replacement. I'm in good health otherwise and a healthy weight. This is my second day for the ST and yesterday I did one of your 15 minute cardio videos.

Outstanding way to kick off the new week! (Puns intentional.) Appreciate you adding a two-legged move separating the one sided kicks. The double leg motion before the 10 minute mark went fast and was fun! Even the pulsing squats were welcome. Music perfect, too. Your ending quote lends a new spin on the meaning of WILL POWER. 😊 Jules FYI: the thumbs up was not an option, no matter what I clicked. Only thumbs down. I'll try later to see if that's changed.

I made 4 series when I took a year off work to focus on my channel. I now work full-time outside of being on YT so unfortunately I just don't have time to produce more than one video a week. Hopefully at some point I'll be able to create another series.
