Thank you from the bottom of my heart! My right knee was so bad I could hardly walk without crying. I saw an ad on Facebook about diabetics needing Thiamine. So....that led my research to you while addressing my diabetes and bad knee. After taking notes I ordered some good Benfotiamine and after 24 hours there was less pain. After 48 hours it was much better yet I still had a sharp pain while stepping on it. I doubled the amount I was taking and its almost normal now. Because I'm overweight I know my thighs can only handle so much walking, but at least I can now start walking to lose this weight. Thank you so much!

I have been trying to change old habits; but it's hard. I hope if I keep watching these videos this will help to reverse the brainwashing that I feel like I've had growing up on food...like Pepsi, McDonalds, eating out a lot, and all these things now I'm realizing how bad all this stuff is for you. For my daughter, I've already changed how she eats vs. when I was her age so she will fair better when she gets older. I've listened and what you say makes sense. I feel like I've been blind all these years thinking this stuff isn't that bad for you and now I see the damage it can cause.

I am in search of the missing link here. I started taking Benfomax (Benfotiamine) along with alpha lipoic acid a couple of months ago for a burning sensation in my ankles. Within days I was very shocked to discover I no longer was plagued by anxiety. (Ankle problem disappeared too.) I honestly didn't recognize myself and was thrilled not to be in my head worrying. Life became easy and I immediately started feeling joy (which is most times elusive) and I jumped into new activities and accepted invitations and had FUN! However, after three weeks, I started to have a problem with recall. I couldn't find words that I knew I knew. Easy ones. This had happened decades ago when I tried Prozac for anxiety so I had to stop and stick to diet changes to help with anxiety. Could I be missing some other vitamin/nutrient that is causing this memory issue when I take Benfomax? Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thank you.
@hellohappy22 жыл бұрын
Hi Allison, are you still taking benfotiamine? I hope your word recall is improved. I'm thinking of taking benfotiamine myself, so just wondering.
