This is the second time I've heard you mentioned shadowing - I also believe it has good value. Given many users are remote, have you had to use other means to "observe" such as AnyDesk or is it better to book in office time? Thanks for your contributions. I'm trying to break into the BA/Project World and learning as much as possible.

Oh wow never used shadowing remotely, great input. That’s definitely more challenging. Putting on the camera would be beneficial to see a users reaction while using the software! I would recommend shadowing the user the way the users works mostly. If its only remote, than shadowing remotely makes sense to really shadow in a real-life scenario. If the worker usually is in the office, then shadowing in the office to capture the real-life scenario.
