Thinking about stretching like strength training and using compound positions that target a pattern of movement is much more effective. The hanging cobra covers shoulder flexion and thoracic extension while the German hang covers shoulder extension. Unless you have specific flexibility goals like the bridge, these two will have you covered. Try hanging for 30-60s and perform 2-3 sets. They could be used as an ideal upper body cool-down or as part of your daily flexibility.
