I went no contact with the womb that gave me life ( The word mother doesn't apply as it signals caring ) nearly 2 years ago its been hell but I'm coming through now. I'm currently building out a old banger more because it's been a long dream. I'm also a cancer survivor so now is my time to live and dream. Big virtual hugs lovely x

New subscriber trying desperately to get in the van, iykwim. Funding. I’m solo (widow) 63 and the damage MY narcissistic mother caused is something I battle every day. Took care of her until at 95 she fell & now is in a facility. Still there at 98, so there’s that guilt I couldn’t take care of her. Oh here’s a good example of my mother: I graduated university Summa cum Laude, honors program, top of the class, all that. They announce all this as you walk on stage to get your degree. I later found out my mother fell asleep & missed it! My uncle rammed his elbow into her side to wake her the fk up. Wasn’t anything wrong with her other than it wasn’t about her & she got bored. That’s just one for my books. Maybe I need to start a channel, but I have no self confidence. I will follow you girl & be rooting for you. I get you.
