It was my first tourney match after quite some (> 660+) public server games as a squad leader, and I assure you it was next level for me: My take -- squad leading on double speed and triple stress, and the feeling of being overwhelmed sometimes like a newbie.

@AndrewStocker, what you get there are public server games. These have a variation in quality depending on the server. HOG gives are good experience for PR, IMHO. In order to get access to organised events like the one you saw here, you need to join a community or clan.

When you have a well organized artillery team, its just pure hell for the enemy team. Once lead a mortar team on goose green, set up logistics, had scouts, commander and leaders communicating everything, ended up with 118 kills for my squad. That was incredible. Even the opponents were applauding us. We were constantly mortaring and smoking 2 locations at a time. Because I made a range sheet, we could start firing on locations in less than 30 seconds. Although I never fought in that match, everybody was saying how the mortar team was producing pure carnage. You guys were doing the same. Constantly denying the ability to hunker down and develop plans is such an asset to a team. Well done.
@sabbutthesabiruone9082 Жыл бұрын
The problem for us was infiltrating the compund. You guys built the mortars wisely by putting each of them distant to one another. So if attacked from a side you guys would know. Also we were against a sniper as well. So couldnt advance further without delay. You just spawned back and clear. We did our best even got your mortars once. The problem was that 3rd flag of Germans is very unbalanced for us. There are specific locations to defend it but the real problem is those locations are not enough and easy to guess. Even if you guys would sent 20 rounds total in that match it becomes undefendable.

@@NZobservatory lol the Russians aint the ones scooping up teenagers with azov vans just to keep their lines from completely collapsing. Though it's easy to think the opposite when every month western media barrages people with hilarious claims of Russian running out of people, running out of munitions, fighting with shovels, losing planes to old people with hunting shotguns and ghosts of Kiev, etc. It's the GWOT all over again but cranked to 11, and just like the GWOT, suddenly, one day, the war will be over and a total defeat as people scratch their heads. NATO's only 'victories' come from dog piling tiny countries with 1960's tech, and even then they still lose most of the time.

Those mortars on the Russian team are what made you lose. Should of had a special squad hunting those guys down
@maxiejohnson8356 Жыл бұрын
Tbh they could just do counter battery, wasting a whole squad on that duty is wasteful. The cmd should have looked for it and then assign a nearby squad ti clean it up
@CatmouseGame Жыл бұрын
There was a squad dedicated to that, and they did their best, eventually finding and killing the mortars. Theory != practice.
