And when y're strong enough yo get it done on elevated knees completely even when rocking back! This is extremely hard I swear!

Your rocking patterns are super smooth. That pushing action from the bottom gives me the idea of some very ingenious moves involving triceps, posterior deltoids, latissimus dorsis and adjacent upper back muscles trying to balance the body weight. Superb work again.👍👏👏👏

What do you think of the yoga pushup? I'm referring to the one where you lower down like a normal pushup and then push up to downward dog. It's helped my left shoulder in a way the doctors and physical therapists couldn't so I'm a big fan of it but am interested in your opinion.

Are you able to do the other examples in the video without pain? If so, stick with those for a while. Or, if possible try to reduce your range of motion or your speed to see if there is a speed or range of motion that does not cause the pain. If that is the case, play in those ranges but don’t cross the pain threshold. Wish I could be more helpful but it’s challenging without seeing what you’re doing.

Great challenge doing elevated. So many variations of the OS rocking push-up. Tim the challenge for you now is to combine the OS elevated rocking push-up with a burpee for us true sadists ! What more could anyone want ?
