The corollary to this is what I'll call the Ozempic phenomena. If there is a new drug/supplement that actually does work to a notable and safe degree, you won't need videos to tell you about it, it'll become mainstream very fast. Even if SARMs do end up being safe, odds are the effect is borderline trivial, or else everyone would already know SARMs are the new hot steroids to take.

Coupled with a stack of an injectable steroid, you’re looking at some serious lean mass with little aromatisation compared to other traditional orals. Or for super mega gains, injectable sarms, on a test base with primo or masteron.

I think the problem is people comparing SARMs to steroids tbh. LOW dose SARMs can definitely be more effective than LOW dose steroids and with less sides. You just can't scale up the doses like you've alluded to. Anavar is better than any SARM. But SARMs do also have the benefit of being legal (UK at least). I think viewing them as a halfway house between rubbish supplements that do nothing like creatine, and steroids that do mega things. All about using the right tool for the job at hand.

I believe the issue with SARMS is that they were designed to be partial agonists, relative to T or DHT, which are full agonists of the AR receptor. This makes sense because the original intent was to combat sarcopenia in the elderly. Asking a SARM to behave as T is analogous to Jeff Nippard expecting MVW to have manners and class.

seems valid but i don't know how you can group every sarm into the same category. shouldnt we be looking at individual compounds?

I took LGD and Ostarine (several times). Definitely not worth it. You don't gain that much, you end up losing it the next time you get sick/injured. Ostarine did feel nice for a bit. I was doing relatively low doses for short periods. I definitely felt like I had some if not permanent, then long-term side effects from their use.

I doubt you had side effects long term, I mean this shit is/was used in medical treatments.

ive got addictive tendencies so i steer clear of gear. even forgetting to take creatine for a day plays with my head. I focus on a broad athletic program which makes no juicing quite an easy choice. If i approached things like a bodybuilder, stopping training entirely would be the best thing for my mental health.

Guys if you don’t look great on your own naturally just accept you’re not cut out for bodybuilding and go catch butterfly’s

Not arguing safety by any means, but i think effectiveness lies in the company you got it from and your genetics. Ran 12 wks ostarine and had a substantial change in body comp. Didn't do anything for PCT. Felt fine. Later on, I ran 8 wks of rad140/mk677 and got significantly bigger and stronger. Enclomiphene was used for PCT here and kept most of my gains.

I never heard of SARMS, but I'm glad you told me about them first, or else I would have fallen for them. So thank you.

Access is the upside imo. While they're not better for you I have 3 supplement stores near me that sell SARMS in oklahoma. While Roids feel sketchy to obtain.
@just99116 сағат бұрын
There’s a decent chance that there’s actually gear in those “sarms” and not what’s on the label.
@qui17665 сағат бұрын
Is there fr sarms in Oklahoma? I can’t imagine sarms are sold over the counter anywhere in the US.

What about a low dose of sarms during a cut. Would this be a better use? Minimize side effects due to a low dose and help mitigate muscle loss? I believe ostarine was basically made for use of treating cachexia and similar situations.

My coach when I competed Armon Adibi have been saying this forever and getting Sh*t from all the sarm pushers. He preaches this all the time.

I need a video on peptides like PCP-157 which is extremely popular for increased blood flow to ligimants and joints. This promotes healing and guess what? MUSCLE recovery. Faster recovery, faster time to put the muscle under hypertrophy. Anyways, no long term human trials, but animal testing showed positive results. Unfortunately that is not enough to just hand it out to humans (imho) but $$$ is more important lol. Peptides, HGH and other AAS-like substances need to be reviewed!!!!
