Have you ever wondered why some people look like they’re the same age they were 20 years ago and why some look so much older? There are technologies, nutrition, and topicals that can slow down and reverse cosmetic aging for the LONG TERM. We may often pass off the desire to look more youthful to vanity, but looking younger on the outside not only can be a sign of good health, but it can also positively affect your actions, emotional and mental wellbeing as well.
In this IG LIVE replay, @DavidSinclairPodcast & @ChefSerenaPoon talked about why people age cosmetically, what that means about their overall health, and what you can actually do to prevent, delay, and reverse cosmetic aging for your hair, skin, & nails. I hope you enjoyed this episode of the Longevity Lifestyle Lives!
In Dr. Sinclair’s latest podcast episode he talked about why superficial aging occurs and how external signs of aging are often a reflection of biological age. The latest science behind various beautifying therapies is highlighted, including newer interventions like low-level laser therapy and platelet-rich plasma injections.

Hoshi???? Serena the very end of the video you spoke about bringing back some color to gray hair but it was hard to understand your words there, the audio quality with Instagram live really isn't that great. You spoke about using something to bring color back to gray hair but I could not understand what you're saying, it's useless knowledge if I can't understand what you're saying. You should consider ditching Instagram live for a different format. KZbin seems to have better quality for live streams.

I have found diaper rash cream with zinc oxide works really well as sunscreen. Is that safe? I assumed it was since it's safe for babies.

I thought nicotinamide, at least in yeast cells, depressed Sirtuin activity, which is why Dr. Sinclair recommended NMN, or maybe nicotinic acid or nicotinamide riboside.

Isnt making skin cells proliferate making them age faster? I don't get it..... On one hand they say growth is aging.... On the other it's a good thing. What now

this Serena woman clearly had cheek fillers or any form of cheek enhancement, it's so unnaturally big on her face. is ridiculous to lie. For Dr Sinclair, I'd expect botox but I could believe him he didn't, or I don't care if he did because he also has good advices, but for her is just ridiculous what she's claiming

Wait how old is she? Wiki says she was born in 1990 which makes her 33. Another site says she's 35. She looks about 55. Where's the credibility about her longevity advice if we don't know her age as a reference point? If I was 75 and looked 55, I'd be stoked to share it!! Im 45 and get told I look 27 so I tell anyone who listens how old I am.... 🤷🏽‍♀️

@SoGnarly Equally unkind and self-serving. My you’re efficient! You’ve managed to squander your not-unreasonable point about disclosure in its disgraceful delivery. Pity.

@@maiaeustace6728 They were basic facts. Whatever you have read into them is a reflection of your mentality. The way I look is a very small and insignificant part of my identity. But my commitment to longevity, for reasons too complex to reference on social media, is significant, and that's what this video is about. Which is why it's so weird that a woman speaking of longevity refuses to tell people her age. A fact that is not a reflection of my superficiality but hers.

“She looks about 55” is not a basic fact, it is an opinion. And, I opine, its inclusion in your comment is gratuitously snarky.
@Solistastyle
@Solistastyle 10 ай бұрын
@@maiaeustace6728 "gratuitously snarky" is your interpretation. I said as a statement "she looks about 55." No idea what you took from that. Sounds Like it's a Dark Thought. I'm Asian. My 70 yr old mother looks 40. If someone is teaching about longevity, their biological age CF the age they appear, is a highly relevant factor to measure whether or not they have credibility about the subject. If she was teaching fitness, her fitness biomarkers would be relevant. If she was teaching health, her health biomarkers would be relevant. Longevity is about aging.

In Dr. Sinclair's case, plastic surgery, hair dye, having his teeth capped and good filters. Oh and also the other things he mentioned. Yes, I'm sure they have a role to play, and I myself take NAD+ tablets and get regular six to eight hour infusions of NAD+ at a naturopath's office every four months or so. I'm only half-serious - he has admitted to the second and third measures, but he's got to know that the plastic surgery seems fairly obvious and the heavy filters he's using aren't fooling anyone.
