Raw rice - 150 gms
Moong dal - 60 gms
Ginger - 1 tbs
Curry leaf - 2 string
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
salt to taste
Cashew-nut - 8 nos
Peppercorn - 1/2 tsp
Ghee - 50 ml
Coriander leaves - 1 tsp
