Jono`s on the money Sammy, I keep all my fresh catch be it prawns or fish in salt water with frozen bottles of ice. I keep a 15 litre container in the car and fill with salt water before I leave to cook the prawns or crabs in or use it to rinse my fillets in. Just a little tip for your followers.

heerden2 cheers mate, They run around this time of the year. If you haven’t done it before the best way to find out where they are is on the fishing pages on facebook. People usually post up their catch’s and where they caught them. Then you just have to follow the boats!

A little money saving tip for ya guys i used to be nightshift supervisor at sauce manufacturer here in brisbane which done all your masterfoods garlic, chilli aswell as pasta sauces, salsa and and kantong products also homebrand products its all the same batches between the brands no different ingredients are added to the different brand just a change of jar and label so save yourself the extra buying sauces which you believe to be better quality its all the same

You would be surprised mate raguletto dolmio homebrand pasta sauces were all bottled from the same batch mix we would just swap out thw jar size,type and sticker change inbetween masterfoods garlic chilli pesto and ginger was all bottled from the same batch mix as homebrand aswell as their own inhouse brand

If you want to try something a little bit different try putting some Jimmy’s Sate paste on the base of you pizza don’t need much . But my favourite would be to peel and butterfly two prawns lightly flatten them out make up some garlic butter and form onto the middle of one prawn and fold the other over the top set in fridge. When firm crumb and cook like your prawn cutlet . Prawn Kiev nothing better
