Well said Racheal, phones are incubating a lot of mental health issues including addiction, depression, anxiety in adults. Among children and adolescents, in addition to these we also have poor concentration, poor creativity, attention issues and poor socialisation.

Had to check myself when Rosette said, doing a lot of nonsense in the past. I had to get off Facebook in 2019; I was consuming everything (I am an information junkie) even things that were not helpful just gossip. Now I am selective, I work, and listen to devotionals, self-help channels, or vlogs, basically whatever I am doing with my gadgets or social media is helpful to me, it grows me, and it is a positive influence now more than ever. I have also become that person that milks my phone but not to Manuela's extent (this is my next agenda though, thank you. I find this resourceful and good value for money). But social media in general has really helped me in communication and growth. The things I learn on these channels are awesome. But on remote work, that is me. I have no distractions. I get to leave my gadgets at any time I want to just be present in life. I am with Pumla on educating than removing the gadget, I like that App.

So good an episode, it's been awakening,I still struggle with gadget discipline these days. Back then phone was strictly for communication and work and I remember putting aside June and December for any other business e.g Netflix that's when I would allow myself some ease off the busy work life, listening to you has awakened me. With my son ,we always agree over the weekends 2hours then we occasionally watch movies together. This has really been awakening eeeeiiiihh

Wow ladies, wow!!! Well for me am still figuring my phone alot. But I made a resolution this year in Jan to just go off social media. I limited my social media in a way that I only remained with KZbin of course to watch my fav show #bumplove😊. I deleted Instagram, twitter, tiktok, manya Snapchat, all those things that used to take my time. So I only use WhatsApp, Telegram and Pinterest for beauty and motivation. Otherwise I have loved this show sooo much. Just 23years and you ladies don't know the impact you've put in my life. Walked with you all the 3yrs of uni and here we are am still learning. Thank you sooooo much 😢😊. Pumla and Manuela you inspire me lots because my character and personality are more like Rachel's 😅. I love love the calm Angie and Mummy Zara gives me vibes 😊.

As addictive as tiktok is, me I've convinced myself that am in control of how much time i spend on it(ps. I am not😂) but as someone who is a visual learner and have a short attention span, books, reading ain't my cup of tea and yet i love learning new stuff so nwy those short informative and educative videos have been so resourceful for me. I've customized my fyp to just show me only "useful" stuff. And from there i go to other platforms to expand on that knowledge. Also, my 3 year old knows how to use "youtube kids"better than me😂😂😂 send help! Pumla, what's the name of the app you use? And as always ladies, thanks for always sharing your experiences and opinions with authenticity and candour.❤

Gadgets are really addictive but some of us cant have the phone off its the office. The nature of my Job the clientele time zone is so different from ours here so its most of the night that you have to take calls, meetings, share itineraries because the industry is competitive and during the day you still hav to respond from a few clients from the region. Being a personal business indeed you can't help yourself. May God just help us reap off this work

How you deliver so much humor without compromising so much as an ounce of content is beyond me!! You sent me into such a fit I could barely remember where I was at.....kyokka nga mmwe you've already 'pulled infront'! Thing is, the entire episode is brimming with innuendo .... Manuella toying with (and choking on) co-wifey networks, Rach n'omutabani, road - crossing tips Made In Uganda........oh, and Angie's face on the videos...Christ!! Oba is it Brian the once lousy comedian trying to worm his way back..not sure. But Bump Love is certainly going to be sued for manslaughter one of these days. You have been warned! Good stuff!!
