When my husband of 14 years was killed in a car accident over a year & a half ago, I went from not believing in ghosts to very much believing. The day after he died the lights to the bedroom where he slept came on at the time he would have gotten home from work. No matter how many times I shut them off, it did that nightly for several months. I was here alone with our 2 daughters & they were getting so freaked out that they insisted that I put a lock on the outside of the door so I know it wasn't them doing it. They were so scared. When I went to the impound to examine the vehicle a few days later, his overnight bag had been missed by the police so I grabbed that when I got a few other things. I took it all home. Inside that bag was an unopened can of Squirt (none of us like that kind of soda) & it happened to have a misprinted smudge on the can. It was pretty distinctive. I set it on the dining table. The next day we attended the burial. The can was there when we left. Nobody came to the house after as the girls & I just wanted to be alone that night. It was there when we got home. When we woke up in the morning, that can was gone. Both girls accused me of drinking it & I hadn't. My oldest was going to visit her dad's family & she randomly decided to stop at the cemetery on her way by. She called me freaking out & crying. That distinctive can of Squirt was sitting right next to the name plaque at the cemetery. Nobody knows how it got there. Nobody has a key to my house. It was always locked. None of us did it. I asked, out loud after about 3 months of things being not where we left them & that one light switch being turned on every day , for him to stop doing things that would scare the girls. The lights & moving of objects stopped & haven't continued. A few days later I was hanging shelves in my room & I was using a barstool instead of a step stool cuz it was easier (he wouldn't have liked that I did so). Nobody was in my room as both girls were at my parents that day. The barstool turned just a little, not enough to make me fall or feel unstable, however, I did feel hands on the back of my legs steadying me & making sure I didn't fall. They stayed until I had gotten used to them being there (since I was alone, I was started by them) & I was steady again. They were extremely warm though. That night as I was falling asleep I felt very warm & like someone was crawling up the bed to where I was. I felt a warm hand on each side of my face & a gentle kiss on my lips but nobody was on top of me which would be the natural position for someone doing that to be in. It felt like him & it felt like goodbye. Nobody was there. Even now my Snapchat picks up two faces when I point it at a certain corner of my room & the dogs won't go near the chair that's there. He never leaves & I sense him there.

@@chloekit4861 No but I know he's still here. Since I asked him to stop doing stuff that would scare the girls, they don't feel like someone is watching them anymore either (In that time right after & until I asked for all of it to stop, they would say someone was watching them when they would be up in their rooms. Their doorways to their rooms are directly across from each other). Now he just hangs out in the corner recliner in my bedroom. The dogs can feel him though. They wag their tails, almost in recognition while looking at the chair but they never go near it. My Native American friend came to visit this summer. We were talking as we entered my room & she went to sit in that chair to wait for me to change. She immediately stood up again & said, nope, there is way too much sadness attached to that chair for me to be comfortable sitting there. She had tears running down her face & she asked what was going on. I hadn't said anything to anyone because my family does NOT cater to "such nonsense" & I didn't want to seem crazy. I don't think I am. I don't know exactly how any of this works or how it would be possible because I wasn't really interested in it before & idk if there is anyone who can really tell me anyway so I'll probably just leave it but I do know part of him hasn't left. I'm not sure why that would be either.

@@jenjen8034 I'm ok. His best friend of 20+ years helped out a lot in the year & 3 months after it happened. Everything I needed & a lot of the time before I even asked, it was already a done deal. One evening after he had finished some fixing around the house I hugged him goodbye. I've done so for years when he left and when I went to pull back, his arms tightened like he didn't want to let go. The fog of grief lifted enough to understand what that meant & I saw him differently. We stood in my kitchen silently hugging for well over 5 minutes. It's been almost 4 months since that night & I'm finding my way back to happy. He's so patient, he is incredibly sweet, he has an adorable shyness that he tries unsuccessfully (well I see it even though most people don't) to hide, I've always known he was funny (there were many nights where we'd all be drinking in our garage & we'd all be laughing like crazy) & idk how or why but I can now see the place where the grief is bearable. I will always miss & love my late husband but there is now this future where love might just be possible again. Knowing my late husband like I did, Idk but I weirdly feel like I'm somehow the victim of some matchmaking & I get this sense of an almost smugness when I get anywhere near that recliner now. Idk how but I just don't question stuff like that anymore. Thank you for everything & have a great day!

My father passed away recently and we were by his side for hours saying I love you, talking about past memories, and playing forest sounds for him. Moments before he passed, I felt this energy surge go through my body and it was so intense I said “whoaaa he’s passing, I feel it” but I felt an overwhelming sense of joy, love, energetic life, nature, I don’t even know what. I think he passed through me and I don’t care about trying to prove if it was a “real” experience or not. Science is science - it’s prove-able, falsifiable, etc. but faith is just believing in something without needing any proof, and I’m fine with that. It helps me heal to know he is happy, because I felt it and still feel his presence ❤️

“Gives me hope and it also kind of scares me”. Same! My (step)dad was a ford mechanic for most of his life. We had a rocky relationship because we were both so stubborn and believed we were right. But we loved each other. And he had a lot of issues, pain and mental from an accident at work when I was younger so I never really knew the man my mom initially fell in love with. Anyway, he died in 2009 when I was 4 months pregnant with my first child. It was absolutely devastating. And even though his life insurance policy was not enough to take care of my mom or leave her much after funeral costs, she still split it with my brother and I. And with that money I bought my first car. A Ford Taurus. A few times the car would start to over heat and we could see that radiator fluid had been leaking and spraying under the hood but then once we’d tried to find where the leak was coming from, it would stop. This happened 3 different times. Ultimately the car totally overheated and wasn’t salvageable but my husband and I always joked that it was probably my dad fixing the leak for me. And every time I’d be driving home from work, at night and in the winter, I’d just talk to my dad and ask him to get me home safe but not to do anything weird to scare me. I was always scared I’d look in my rear view mirror and see him sitting in the back seat lol I believe in it but I don’t really want to proven right! 😂 Love your channel btw! I’m a Western New York girl and I went to college in North Chili. I’ve got a few good friends that live in Rochester 💕💕

Over the course of my life, I've lost so many loved ones. At 20 I'd already had to say goodbye to both of my sisters, my father, and a brother. By 40, both stepsisters and my older brother. I've had people tell me i'm cursed, one went so far as to tell me the devil's looking over my shoulder. I've gotten over survivors guilt and PTSD from that level of loss. The only way I've been able to handle it and stay relatively sane is to know that every last one of them is worth knowing and loving, that the pain of loss is nothing compared to the love and friendship we shared. And to know that however painful my loss, others have it worse. The real loss are the lives my brothers and sisters can't finish. They should have been allowed to have more! So yeah, I believe there's something after death. And that love crosses that boundary.

I grew up with spirits in our family home so feeling them around me all the time is normal at this point. My grandma died in our home when I was 5; her spirit stayed in our home. My brother died the following year, because I was so young he stuck with me. He hides things and moves items; he messes with electronics like radios, he really loves to play AC/DC and Pink Floyd. I have only seen him once, while I was in labour with my son I woke up in the middle of the night because I felt a hand on my back, I turned to look and he said, “everything will be alright!” I blinked and he was gone.

My ex and I had a rocky relationship. We had 2 children who were 20 yrs and 17 yrs when he passed. He’d been living with his girlfriend at the time. I came to Michigan from Alabama to be there for the kids, and because I did love him and was shocked by his sudden death. A couple nights after his funeral, I was laying down in his mother’s house when I felt him lean over me and kiss me on the cheek. He’d done that many, many times over the years. I can’t explain how I know that, but I do. It was a very comforting gesture. I never felt him do that again, but so many times, I’d be thinking about him and the radio would play a song that was very much a favorite of his. Songs I hadn’t heard in years.

You just present the straight facts in a proper timeline and it helps me understand better than other people, and I appreciate when you make nice long 1hr30m videos, they're my favorite, I know I'm in for something good when you upload a video over an hour. Other KZbinrs I don't really like watching more than 10-20 mins at a time (a couple certain ones that do videos more like yours, like The Right Opinion, but he does more on KZbinrs, like their start and end and all that, but he does this format, tells all about the KZbinr from the actual start of their KZbin career to the end of their KZbin career, and I love his hour long videos as well lol). Keep up the great work Stephanie, I will watch *EVERY* video you have, that's a promise.

I love your videos so much, I'm a new subscriber and have been binge watching them all. U really do have a talent for storytelling and your voice is very soothing for me. I appreciate the massive amount of work and research u put into your videos so Thank You very much. Sending my love to u and your loved ones from Australia :)

Thats soooooo creepy about the sign! Wow, i saw the Tan video when something fell and you literally jumped out of your skin. The fact that it says "you are my sunshine" in kind of heart wrenching in a way, almost as if they are thanking you for making their voices heard.

I always believed in ghost. I had one in an apartment I lived in for years. I heard stories from neighbors about them. It was always a person that passed on that didn't like who was living in their space or maybe thought strangers invaded their home. Who knows? I do love your videos and so glad I found you. Love more ghost stories please.

OMG and your theory of energy remaining after death is something i have ALWAYS believed, back into my teenage days where a lot of weird things used to happen to me (not with spirits, but coincidences in real life). My friends will attest to my weird theories back in the day lol but i kind of blocked it all out for a long time because it literally scared me so much and i didn't want to open myself up to anything. Maybe because I had so much bad energy very close to me. Only now am I just starting to get back in tune with it again. LOL I could talk for hours about it. I think this right here is one of those coincidences, you are repeating my theory back to me nearly word for word. I'm so happy to see this side of you! Stay Spooky Mama!!! 🖤🖤🖤

I’m a Medium and when loved ones pass away before I know they have I literally feel what they feel when dying. My grandmother passed a week ago and she passed of lung cancer and couldn’t breath. So when she passed I was sleeping at home not knowing she was even in hospital. And I literally kept waking up not able to breath. I felt like I was suffocated to death. It was so scary and lasted like 20 min of me waking up struggling to breath. Then I grabbed my phone and had a msg from my uncle she had passed away and was in a ventilator because she couldn’t breath. They took her off the ventilator and she passed because she couldn’t breath. It was so scary but same thing happened when my aunt passed. When I do readings one of the things I always get is how their loved one passed. I also get tons of info to validate it’s their loved one that I could never ever know or Google.

Ok I'm a dork got respond to my own post but oh well-didn't want to leave it all up top. So like were they telling the truth were they not? I was thinking how could they communicate with the "other side" on command like that? I've been researching kinda weird things and stranger things have happen. It scares me. Death scares me too. Always has

wait.. it's super weird i thought while i listened to this that i remembered some family story about how some of my ancestors were spiritualists, and when you mentioned seventh day adventism also started in that area, i got chills, because most of my recent ancestors on one side were adventists and I was raised in that religion as well. now I'm very much into tarot, divination and spirits, completely different from how I was raised (adventists don't believe in human spirits/ghosts), and it makes me wonder.. maybe there's some truth to the stories of spiritualism in my family and maybe that's influencing me now..

So I just wanted to say..first of all, I 100% believe. I’ve had MANY experiences throughout my life that have absolutely convinced me and I still continue to have them today. Also, when you were talking about your experiences towards the end- I was in the bathroom washing my hands and heard a loud bang. Idk where it came from..but I can tell you that it’s 3am and everyone’s asleep.

I believe in ghosts because I grew up in a haunted house. I saw apparitions nightly. Three in particular. A nun, a young girl and a scruffy looking man in a tattered brown suit. I found out years later that the house was once a home for unwed mothers run by nuns. At times they would Let the homeless sleep in the basement. The only exit from the basement was a door which led to the backyard. These three apparitions never scared me because I thought they were real people. I saw them as being solid. The one thing that really scared the daylights out of me was a figure I saw in my bed room of a man that looked like he had been dipped in black ink. As an adult, While reading an article one day I realized that such are called shadow people.

I went to an Clairvoyance evening with a friend many years ago and I will admit I was not expecting anything as never had any experience or proof of the after life. Or so I thought ..As the evening went on the Medium sending said "Oh there a Greyhound running around" then she looked at me and I just knew she was seeing my beloved Greyhound that I had rescued from the racing industry oh sadly past away. "She went on to say that he was sitting next to me and resting his head on my leg. At that point I'm a mess, I was crying. She then shocked me further by saying "why have you not put the Christmas lights on the tree?" "Andy says it is not Christmas without the lights". Now no one knew that for that year I could not be bothered to fight with the lights lol. She went on telling me that the lights in the house dimming and bulbs blowing where not Electric flaunts and that I did not need to pay for an electrician as Andy would stop doing it, he was only doing it to get my attention. Andy was my son dad, we where already spilt when he died so young, he wanted to watch over our Son. Sure enough from that evening I have never had any problems with my electrics. Also from that evening I have learnt to not be closed off and to be more alert to any message from the other side plus found new respect for Clairvoyance, Mediums as there are genuine ones with the gift.

I grew up in a "haunted" house and in fact still live there. I believe there's a fine line between the spiritual realm and our world, and that there's a gateway or portal if you will that allows (as I call them ) the "others" to enter. Different ones at different points of my life definitely make their presence known. .

When I was 11 and my oldest niece was 13, she got a Ouija board for Christmas. We had fun messing around with it for a while, secretly believing we were actually manipulating it. Then we had the idea to have my 4yr old niece and 5yr old nephew to use the pointer. When it started spelling out words, we got so freaked out, we never used it again! Thank you for posting the video.
