Just that minute or so of intense breathing and intense flexing pushing pulling was crazy. Using our triceps to weaken our biceps and vice versa I feel balances them. Which gets set of muscles gets tired first? Hmmmmmm. Ill be adding this to a workout series. Thanks!

Great video, thank you so much. One small question though: do you stretch the groin by pushing your knees out with your elbows when you 'smooth the sand on the floor'?

Interesting I've started doing this technique and it feels like my body is stiff and hard after doing it once. I'll try to perfect the technique so that I could reduce that amount of workload of tension.

I need more videos on strength and power training cos I don't go the gym enough so doing it that way I'm losing strength I need to gain strength and power going the gym not very often I'm losing strength I need a different way to train to gain power not lose it

Can it be dangerous? Ive heard that hard qigong can be very dangerous? what harm can come? How to avoid harm?

qigong-kungfu well, hard qi gong can be dangerous; specifically for the cardiovascular system or if there is a chronic nervous system issue. if there is a health issue find a teacher who will help you through medical qi gong and acupressure qi gong. if not just start with soft training. once you energy is much more open it is not at all a problem. if you work with the foundations of the exercises every day you can do this in no time.

For every major movement when your squat flex your legs relax when you stand, and another example when he says hold up the roof, really try to squeeze your shoulder blades back. Qi gong doesn't teach this, but when seeing a xaolin monk(that is not spelled right, sorry) train in tai chi or qi gong, they are very much so the prime physical people. Hope that offers some reasoning, western mind set with an eastern approach so to speak

eres el peor de todos. es una enseñanza falsa la que impartes. crees que sabes de todo y por eso tu práctica está muy mal hecha. aquí no ha qui gong y tampoco sabes hacer Tai chi. el que mucho abarca poco sabe hacer.
