For both men and women alike, when it comes to conditioning exercises for the pelvic floor muscles, they are either forgotten or totally unknown. The front and back doors (lol) or the two lower Yin as they are referred to in TCM, are important areas to maintain strength and functionality as we age. Everything from sexual function and pleasure, to reproduction, urinary incontinence, and even erectile disfunction and prostate health, all rely on the strength and functionally of those deep unseen little helpers. Love this! Thank you! I started Qigong 7 years ago because I was told it could help repair my pelvic floor after my son's birth! It not only worked, but it made my sexual health way better too!

Omg im so happy i actually could search to find this on KZbin. i didnt think anything would come up. Im so glad theres a video. cant wait to get started. After 4 children and chronic constipation, my pelvic floor is so bad.😟

Very sweet of you to respond and ask. i am a beginner so i will have plenty to do here, but since you ask, the topics that interest me are sleep and legs - so hoping to find some practices to help with sleep and maybe general energy exercises for legs. Thanks again.

@@ellakouzmenko4240 there are lots. Sleep is in internal conditions and legs are in strength building or in the 30 day challenge section. That actually might be something try.

Can this work to regenerate my sphincter tissue? I had a sphincterotomy to help with my difficultty to empty my bladder. but they removed way too much tissue and now i've got incontinence
