Back in 2009 as a senior in high school, I would skip class with a few buddies of mine and we would go to restaurants and make our own eating challenges. Just a couple of teenage kids trying to reenact man vs food. Good times. Thanks for the great memories Adam.

The owner didn't surprise him with overly spicy food as much as he almost killed him by dumping a huge amount capsaicin extract directly into the sauce which they normally wouldn't do.
@BlueWaterRedBlood6 жыл бұрын
Laz321 that stuff is no joke. My buddy got his hands on a 4oz bottle of it. Him and another friend decided to do a shot each so they split it up. Neither could actually swallow it and both ended up in the emergency room with breathing problems. Part of it was the amount of mucus they produced from that was literally clogging their throats. I have never seen so much sweat, tears and snot coming from someone so rapidly. They aren’t the smartest at times.

There's no doubt that the spectacle of food challenges diminishes as time goes on. It's a wonder that he was able to ride the wave of the show's success for years - he made food challenges a bit more popular with this show. Christopher Johnson basically he explained more in depth that even though the sauce is very hot, they're only supposed to put only a few table spoons, where as they actually put the whole entire bottle in which was huge too, the producers even spoke to the chef after since all the kitchen staff thought it would be funny, the chef has such a weird grin on his face too
@mobus16036 жыл бұрын

They added way too much extract for those wings, I knew he wouldn't come close to finishing it. For a guy that held almost every job in the food industry, he should've known better than to eat that shit. Extract, or a concentrated version of a pepper A MILLION TIMES hotter than the jalapeno. The owner or whoever did that shit is a collosal douchebag straight-up and an idiot. That was the worst form of negative publicity.

I am proud to say that I am undefeated in Eating Contests even though I am skinny as a rail. For years I ve entered all kinds of Eating contests against HUGE people both male & female who are the pre contest "Favorites". NONE of them came close to beating me. I've won trophies, ribbons, and , yes cash and even gotten a few small local newspaper articles of attention about my wins. I started young ; my first victories were at County Fairs where on several occasions I won Pie Eating contests (blueberry is my favorite ) and watermelon eating contests. Though I do not eat meat hardly ever, I'll do so if its a contest. I've won several hot dog eating contests. I also won 50 dollars in a Burrito contest. I'll race for Corn on the Cob, spaghetti, sushi, pizza, - I just cannot imagine very many kinds of food I'd forego if A) there's money or a trophy as a prize and/or B) I am hungry and the food (eg Tacos) is something I normally enjoy eating at home. My lifetime record is , I reckon, somewhere between 11-0 and 16-0. The reason I enter exciting food contests only sporadically is because to do it like the alleged "Pros"or like this guy in the video regularly is VERY BAD for one's health. Doing so once in a blue moon though can be fun regardless of result.

Amanda S ?????? What???! Why are you so rude Amanda? Seriously, did you wake up on the wrong side of the bed this morning?Did you enter an eating contest and lose?...or do you purposely try to hurt the feelings of all innocent others you come into contact with daily? Do...Try to be better . Case Closed!

Trust me, that I am most definitely NOT" bragging" . Saying that you are an undefeated champion in say jury trials (if you are a lawyer) or saying you are a multi millionaire and you did it " all on my own", or that" I have an IQ of 168" (if done to impress), etc. etc., etc. may indeed be bragging but, face it, Noodles 13, when one says they are champion and undefeated in mere eating contests , it is like boasting that you are the biggest glutton or pig at a trough! (LOL ) ! You can't really "brag" about being a champion "eater". If anything it can be construed as the opposite; self deprecating. My story is merely interesting or fascinating to some as it was interesting and "on topic". Given that several people have already given my missive a "thumbs up", it appears they took it the right way and not as you falsely accused "bragging". Goodness, some people would be shy or even ashamed to admit publicly that they always win "eating contests"... so definitely there was no brag there just a factually interesting sharing of another person's experiences.! Take care.

To say you are proud of something does not mean you are bragging. I am proud that my GF got accepted into Michigan & Princeton(so is she) but that does not mean either of us are "Bragging'. My" pride" in doing well in eating contests stems in large part from the fact that there was a time where I was too shy to be such a "participator" rather than a mere "bystander" in life. being proud is not synonymous with being a braggart, which, by the way I've never been. CASE CLOSED!

Dear Noodles; I would and did write what I wrote for ALL the following legitimate reasons and it is , of course, totally irrelevant whether I knew the"bunch of people" you refer to in your paragraph or not. : 1.LOOK AT THE TOPIC of THE VIDEO ; DUH! Hello Noddles McFly! Anyone home "upstairs"? (between your ears; LOL)! 2. The author and/or others specifically ASKS for People to share their OWN experiences if any entering food contests! You are being both silly/acting absurd and immature and you seem bitter. Regardless, I'm sorry , ..."you feel that way" ( your baseless position). Please quit while you are behind. You are clearly entitled to your bizarre opinion however wrong but you are not entitled to your own false revisionist version of what is the truth Both reasons 1) and 2) above are undeniable to any stable...non petty, objective...HONEST..sane person. Hopefully you will enjoy any other missives I've taken the time to post in regards to this video AS WELL as numerous related comments by others relative to this particular video. Already 8 people have taken time to give me a thumbs up or currently a whopping 8 x more than have given you any thumbs up at the time I am taking the courtesy to write you this response. DO "try" and have a nice day. Case REALLY CLOSED!

Stephan Reichelt practice eating a lot of food and continuously enlarge the food intake over time so you don’t get full easily I guess

Lets not also forget that Restaurant Food challenges have been around since forever. Usually at tourist stops after the Interstate highway system got built in the 50's.

He's real with what he can handle in his eating and know's his limits. And also doesn't back down cause of a challenge he wants to complete for his fans. I really like this guy. 💙💚😎
