As someone who worked in radio for 5 years, I can tell you that 95% of weird calls you hear on the radio are fake. I have played several characters on air for my fellow co-workers and they tell me what to say and how to act. Calls are saved and reused by several DJ's and they even have prep sites where audio is provided for weird calls and then the on air host just fills in conversation.

Ok why is sister Angie even on the show. Sis does nothing she just says "wow" "ooooh" and "bam bam bam" like it should only be Fred hosting it cause sister Angie does absolutely nothing. Except slapping people with legal.
