This video sums up the day for me. I spent the day doing the completion process and was in so much pain. I was seeing the fragmented parts of myself and wow, but new things are happening I wasn't even acknowledging. I got new job and I'm doing a really important healing course. ALL NEW THINGS I WASNT EVEN PAYING ATTENTION TOO! This is critical to know that if i want to meet my needs i must keep searching new territory until i find it. This will allow me to see it from the perspective of a journey instead of depression.

Very touching. I met Stuart in the the late seventies in W Australia. We were both supposed to go to a specific venue to meet Chopra, Williamson, Dyer and other well known celebs., and both went to the wrong place. A wonderful exchange took place for a couple of hours. Fear of death is what motivates man. Alex of Mecadonia. I remember standing in front of a packed pool in Fort Lauderdale doing a reverse 2 and half on the one meter. I was afraid and as I did my dive for 8s and the crowd enjoying my effort. The fear transformed into joy. Fear is what protects us and joy is it reward. I love Fear because it shows me the path.

Wonderfully stated. This spells out our basic humanness in reasonable terms for the everyman - or woman if that is the case. I particularly like the comment on what the Buddha says about suffering. Other people in my life have pointed that out and it rings true to me based on my own studies. I just wish some of my Buddhist friends would get a better translation!
