Wow, this is my second day in a row practicing this yin yoga class with you. I can tell the difference in my shoulders. I had my left breast removed 23 years ago and it took this long for my body to acknowledge the pain, fear and confusion it felt at that time. I have been experiencing left shoulder discomfort for 4 months....these two classes have done wonders. I am 79 and yin. yoga style yoga is all I do now. I practice almost every day and I am so grateful to all the yoga instructors who post their practices on youtube. Many blessings and Honey in the Heart and 13 Thanks Yous!!! Namaste'

I have had stiffness in my shoulders and my upper back and neck because of the office work. And I couldn’t quite get a good stretch there before. But after this stretch flow with you, I fell asleep so quickly earlier than I always go, and had felt such rejuvenation that I have not felt for long time now. In the morning after this my energy was so high, overall feeling of my body was ten times better than day before. Thank you so much, this was my first video that I followed you, and was just amazing. I am willing to try all your workouts.

Nameste! I have fibromalgia and chronic pain in shoulders. This is my first day doing this Yin Yoga class. I cried so much and remembered a past period of my life when I felt immense sadness, emotional pressure, and grief. I realized now how these emotions have destroyed me from the inside and felt a tightness in my stomach. I cried especially during the part with the twists and shoulder pressure, but felt a sense of relief afterward. I will come back every day and update you on my progress.

Such a deep and healing flow. Hands down my favorite video right now. Felt tingly (in the best ways) throughout. Shavasana had me feeling like I was floating. Absolutely amazing.

Woah, thought i was signing up for a few stretches and ended up having a whole series of emotional releases and ephiphanies. I realised that when I'm in physical discomfort and tense I become self-critical, had such beautiful feelings of gratitude when stretching my left side and hard feelings arise on my right! When you said be gentle on ourselves I realised how hard on myself I am. Life is going to be different now. Im going to practice this reguarly and embody this wisdom. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️

Thank you. I've been going through some deep changes- shedding weight, alcohol, unhealthy eating habits and connecting more with nature. My family and I spent all day yesterday outside biking,kayaking and paddling boarding so I thought this would be perfect this morning. I haven't cried in a long time while doing yoga but the wave of emotion hit me and I released pieces of my old life that are no longer serving me and clearly felt the message that it's time to let one of biggest vices of marijuana go. It's no long serving me in my higher purpose of feeling alive. Your practices are beautiful and connect me to something deeper within myself that no other videos have before.

That was amazing. My body always feels so much clearer after this practise. My mind too. My body is singing right now & grateful ❤ when I was in the asana where we put our elbows on blocks, my whole core was trembling. I felt a huge release. It shifted as I breathed and relaxed into it. It wqs uncomfortable but felt heavenly after! ✨

Thank you thank you thank you for this practice, I LOVED it!!! Thought this quote was really beautiful too: "Become the watcher of your thoughts, see them as clouds in the sky simply moving through your mind. Do not become attached to them. Understand that they will come and that they will go. Understand that only you are always present. You are the watcher of your thoughts. You are the sky watching the clouds go by." I've recently started yoga teacher training & that'll 100% have to be part of an integration series!

For someone like me whose job entails alot of manual work a yin practice to loosen up and release the entire upper body is important and so beneficial! This was exactly what I needed today. It left me feeling extremely relaxed and my entire upper body was really open. Great Class! 🙏

Just sharing my experience : I cried at one of the last poses, it was delicious cus it means Im really letting go. It hit me how much my ego is afraid to do this. Now im gonna make myself a comforting chai or latte, and im gonna write handwritten letters to everything that Im letting go of that my ego wanted to desperately to hold on to. (In my journal, not sending them lol). Then Im gonna shower to finish letting all the energies go, and THEN im gonna start working (i work at home). Thank you for this beautiful practice !!!

My first time with your practice, my shoulders are always tight to the point that it hurts my chest and hard to take a deep breath sometimes. Though some of the poses were harder for me but that was probably exactly what i needed. I could feel the difference towards the end of the practice. Thankyou so much for this practice Lisa! I have had a pinched nerve/muscle soreness in upper back/ shoulder area for a few days and found out same time that a member of family had passed away that I and a few of my cousins had a troubled relationship with. I feel like it gave me the greatest release to let go of the pain both physical and mental. Exactly what my body needed. TYSM. ❤🧡💛💚💙💜

Wow I absolutely loved this, my shoulders are very tight. I felt so much pain throughout all the poses, and I felt a lot of irritation in my body, I got a headache and I got nauseous, so I’m pretty sure this was much needed ❤ I for sure have a lot I need to let go🥰

Thank you so much. This has been one of the most nourishing practices that I have ever done. I have a very masculine job and it’s hard on my body. Your practices are allowing me to let go and softly fold into my feminine body. It’s so appreciated!!!! Bless you.
