I want to thank you guru mann bhai.. I was 90KG on April 2024, was following carb cycle that you mentioned in this video, I am 80KG as of today, 16 Sep 2024. And I gained best shape, abs are little bit visible and now I am healthier. I am continuing my workout and cardio till I get 6 pack abs and best muscle mass. Girish Shetty bro I tried carb cycle and it works like magic on me. energy drop was a concern but only during no carb days. you can take caffeine or a good preworkout in tat case during Workouts and after two weeks the body adapts. like if u take 90 g of fat , you won't b feeling low. the first week is the toughest but caffeine helps during no carb days . take 2 cups of black coffee during the day. moreover if u just take it for two no carb days, you won't get dependent even.

It should be temporary like most diets.. I tried a 6 week cycling. The reason being high protein intake puts a lot of pressure on kidneys... You can go for 8 weeks at max and most of the fat should be gone by that time. keto on the other hand is safer than carb cycling as it is more of a moderate protein diet it works faster and will give results in 3 to 4 weeks.. Moreover, ketones produced during keto diet preserve muscle mass.

mai 3 mahine se try kar rahi thi weight kam karne ke liye...par me sirf khana kam kar rahi thi matlab 3 roti ke jagah 1 roti... par ye sab fat loss carb cycle pe chalta he ye mujhe pata hi nahi tha...thanks for this video really it will help me...

I I am wanting to go for a diet since a long time it's been here I am searching for a right diet and whatsoever which is needed for a particular low carb diet but when I came across your video I feel like I am really blessed or something of that sort because I really did not had a single bit of idea what a Kapse cycle is what is the disadvantages of doing low carb diet for long period of time I seriously didn't know this I thought for going on a low carb diet and just continuing it never thought of going for a low carb diet for three days then High carb then no carb this is really new.

Tell me one thing..if we do not go by this carb cycle and simply take around 200 carbs per day, will that work? Means we are not letting our fuel tank completely empty..we are filling it partially everyday.

Sir l am very big fan of you and your work... I had a query.. if we are in caloric surplus and as per your carb cycle cabs is low, protien is high and fat is average and if i want to gain muscle how to manage caloric surplus..and my ratio is 50c:30p:20f as you said it's good for muscle building..how will i manage carb cycle very confused.. though it's very rare in india to share such a secret thing of fitness industry on social media.. hattsoff to you sir...
