Girish Shetty bro I tried carb cycle and it works like magic on me. energy drop was a concern but only during no carb days. you can take caffeine or a good preworkout in tat case during Workouts and after two weeks the body adapts. like if u take 90 g of fat , you won't b feeling low. the first week is the toughest but caffeine helps during no carb days . take 2 cups of black coffee during the day. moreover if u just take it for two no carb days, you won't get dependent even.

It should be temporary like most diets.. I tried a 6 week cycling. The reason being high protein intake puts a lot of pressure on kidneys... You can go for 8 weeks at max and most of the fat should be gone by that time. keto on the other hand is safer than carb cycling as it is more of a moderate protein diet it works faster and will give results in 3 to 4 weeks.. Moreover, ketones produced during keto diet preserve muscle mass.

I I am wanting to go for a diet since a long time it's been here I am searching for a right diet and whatsoever which is needed for a particular low carb diet but when I came across your video I feel like I am really blessed or something of that sort because I really did not had a single bit of idea what a Kapse cycle is what is the disadvantages of doing low carb diet for long period of time I seriously didn't know this I thought for going on a low carb diet and just continuing it never thought of going for a low carb diet for three days then High carb then no carb this is really new.
