I'm assuming "Power in everything" is a reference to the belief that women have an exclusive ability to incentivize in a relationship, and therefore have some... unfair power against men that she feels both 100% exist and shouldn't be exploited... but then it still comes back around to bite her because she then doesn't condemn the exploitation of mens power, which basically just implies that womens goals or autonomy as a person aren't important because they not only don't deserve rights but basic human needs. To me she feels powerless because she lacks education and skills and rather than seek them she digs for support and validation in relationships and men in general... which is also kind of counter intuitive because shes ironically exploiting the men she claims to be supporting by asking them to do everything for her... Also counter intuitive because traditionalist believe the "Modern Woman" lacks skills that would serve their husband, and I question if, in a modern Capitalist society, she does more than just being a trophy and pleasure source as opposed to preparing food from scratch and mending clothes. Theres no farm, no homestead, no butter to churn, you buy your clothes from Kohls and you're fried chicken frozen... I don't really understand what these "Traditional House Wives" do all day except sweep and turn on the oven before the dude gets home.

For example, we know birth control and access to it improved people's lifes. It helped relief poverty and increase social mobility; it helped decrease deaths caused by abortions; it allowed women more economic freedom and wider participation in the labor market; it helped increase human development indexes all over. It isn't perfect and it can mess with your hormones, especially for people with PCOS, but to claim that not having birth control would improve everything is just straight up lying. I will use my country as an example . Recently feminist groups forced the government to redefine rape, such that legally men can't be raped. Over 50% of all rape cases are false. Then there's the social stigma, I have read at least a couple hundred stories about double standards against men. I think you should watch some of the double standards videos to get a better understanding. Men being raped/assaulted by women is considered comedy at best, and lies at worst.

In my opinion, everyone should be treated as people, regardless of their gender. And In order for us to be equal, the double standards need to go. We all have emotions and struggles that should be taken seriously by society, regardless if you’re a man or a woman. It’s sad that gender is only separating us as a people.

That's such a stupid argument. You know that few men being in the highest positions of power don't benefit the average man in any way right? Everyone talks about the glass ceiling but love ignoring the glass basement.
@dominusantonius
@dominusantonius 11 ай бұрын
Your argument is a strawman. The fact that men are in power is for different reasons, but mainly because they are the ones who built it and also because men are more likely to get invested into politics (since anyone can be a politician now, no one is stopping you). When Pearl says women have more power, I assume she means in normal interactions between men and women. Where women have the advantage of the halo effect, which happens more with them - since men don't have much high standards when it comes to physical attributes - and the fact that they will treat her better, even if she misbehaves because they being much stronger would feel incorrect to become agressive with a woman. Although, that's a double-egded sword, since women being weaker might be of an advantage when being more agressive against most men, but the moment a man is not afraid or against being violent with a woman, it's game over.
@nuttynutsnutstache

I’m with a “high value man”, which is a term these alpha podcasts throw around alot. He’s attractive, tall, he’s a mechanical engineer with a good job and an amazing work ethic, he’s fit, he’s a boxer, he’s cultured, he speaks multiple languages, I can go on… My point is that I “caught” this man by being myself, being honest, standing up for myself, and most importantly, having respect for myself! The men who are claiming to be high value themselves but then say they should be allowed to cheat on their partners and have control over them are not truly high value, they’re lacking in the morals they’re demanding from their potential partner.

The girl in the video is trash talking others as if she is going to gain anything. Is she in a relationship, better even marriage??? Has she married at 23 while being a virgin, has Kendall Jenners body after 5 kids and does everything at home so hubby working 3h as a knight on a castle can be the dominant king he of course is at home. Because there are methodical men who are more than capable of acting diplomatically as there are women who could easily wage war suddenly.
