2:29- Piccolo was still a demon, but he is also from Namek, in the series Mr. Popo explains that Piccolo means "Other World" in Namekian, then Bulma says, Piccolo Daimao means "Demon King from another world" ( Daimao= Great Demon King ) in english. But after Raditz died, Kami says since Raditz went to hell instead of having his soul drift aimlessly after being killed by Piccolo who was apart of the Mazoku (Demon Clan) must mean Piccolo isn't as evil as he used to be. Kami never says Piccolo isn't a demon anymore, he just says "Perhaps Piccolo has become aware that in one year, he and Kami's lifes would come to an end"......I guess he stopped being a demon after he sacrificed himself for Gohan, or he at least stopped being evil, which makes most sense.

I thought it would've been neat if in the ToP, right before the 2 namekians (the last 2 remaining fighters for universe 6) were about to lose, they all came to an agreement that if they fused into piccolo and piccolo made it to the end, both universes could've been spared. Of course piccolo still would've lost at some point but it would've raised the tension a bit and more importantly would probably put piccolo at least around ss god level and make him somewhat relevant again. I don't know if anyone here played DBZ Supersonic Warriors for GBA but it has a What If scenario in which Piccolo is actually not at full strength without absorbing his father King Piccolo who is the true other half of Kami. After absorbing him he becomes approximately Ultimate Gohan level to fight and defeat Super Buu. I loved that, really wish it would be incorporated into the series.

great video geekdom thanks for showing some love to the original powerhouse rivals to the saiyans, the myserious namekians and their 'taboo' ultimate survival technique the fusion. could you imagine if all the warrior namekians had fused with nail who then had his potential unlocked, but still lost to freeza, perhaps all the dragonclans fused with dende so his healing could bring nail back piccolo arrives on namek with access to kaoken and goes to gurus gets his potential ulocked by guru. seeing no other chance at victory whilest waiting for goku to finish healing fused nail tells picolo they must join forces further, fused potential nail merges with potential piccolo and now piccolo can hold his own against 50% final form freeza (that way you still get ssj goku) but when the concept of fusing with kami to defeat the androids is brought up piccolo tells kami to go into the time chamber for a day so he can upgrade the dragonballs he then demands that kami wish for both piccolo sr and his children be revived and brought to the lookout, as well as kami to bo5h wish for youth and to spit out a child piccolo acts evil to assimilate his father and siblings, he feels great but doesnt think its enough yet, a stronger and now younger kami fuses into him all knowledge and abilities intact true nameless namekian is born but by having king piccolo in there as well they also remember there name. we will call them legion for now this piccolo is far stronger than 2nd form cell but still gets his exposition dump and cell escapes this cell is far stronger due to the nameless namekian energy dende is still brought to earth and kami jr transfers his knowledge and abilities to dende to help nurture him into guardianship piccolo then decides to go to the supreme kai homeworld after leaving a flone of himself to mentor goten and trunks for buu, he witness' the birth of elder kai and after gohan gets his ulyimate form he remains to et his form beerus arrives on earth the dragonballs are used for the ssg ritual, shen shenron mentions the book of legen piccolo eishes for thaf knoeledge to be put into his mind. piccolo then goes to yardrat before ressurection f but returns when he senses freeza post resurrection f he finishes his traininy in time for the tournament of destroyers in prep for the universal tournament having access to forced soirit vision he first fuses with kami jr then takes dende to namek as an act of good will he fuses nail from himself (i forgot to mention adter destruction of namek they used the dragonballs to reverse the fusions from dende and to revive all namekians killed on namek) this proves piccolo can unfuse the participants after explaing the stakes they all agree to become one with piccolo during the tournament this 'legioncolo' is to much for the universe 6 nameks, who fuse into a single fighter, piccolo unfuses them to prove a point, then allows then to fuse again, he promises if they fuse into him he will separate themselves and their entire race from him and them after the tournament as well as make the wish to revive all universes, they agree and universal legioncolo is born ;) yup thats what im going with

I don't know if Kami wasn't stronger than Nail. I think he'd been training himself like Roshi did from the age of Dragon Ball. Or that he'd been suppressing himself. Look at how Mr. Look was handling SS Goten and Trunks in the Majin Buu Saga. Just because some people take things as a gag doesn't mean it shouldn't be looked at as a reality. Your interpretation of what's funny is simply how you look at your reality. I think that Mr. Popo and Kami were stronger than we'd known and we shouldn't assume that these warriors aren't keeping up with their daily training just cause. Whis is likely still training himself

that scene was anime only, and I wouldn't call getting put on your ass by 2 boys "handling", and Nail's Battle Power was 42,000(which puts him on par with some of the Ginyu and means he could easily kill Zarbon and Dadoria), if Kami was stronger than Nail he couldve been able to fight on par with the Ginyu. Even if he and Popo were training in between arcs, there's no way he'd be over 42,000, he couldn't even beat Piccolo in the 23rd Budokai and Popo is even weaker. Piccolo trained for 5 years and was no match for Raditz, it was Nails power that gave Piccolo that big a boost, based on that even if Kami trained for those 4 years in between Freeza and Cell he wouldn't come close to 42,000. he wasn't anywhere near as strong as Nail.
