Thank you Rachel I have enjoyed your workouts for standing Pilates for the past week. I discovered your program while I was searching for a Pilates workout for me 74 who had a laminectomy on lower back last year and was perfectly well but 2 months ago I started getting pain from the back down the left leg. I am managing the discomfort especially after sitting too long and I discovered that by stretching my leg it really helps. I went to a Pilates instructor two weeks ago and I was amazed how unfit and how little flexibility I had. He is very tough and I really struggled and finding many excuses to go back and yet with your class i enjoy. I am in Madeira and I wish I could find someone like you here, but I will follow your videos. Thank you so much I really enjoy your sessions. Maria

I loved the hip wiggles. I have very tight hip flexors and a very stiff lower back muscle and I frequently experience muscle spasms in my lower back. I am 34 as of yesterday and I have been having trouble with my back since I was 26.

I enjoyed this very much, the pace was perfect, and I appreciated all the functional exercises, helpful for any fitness or age level, but especially helpful for me with balance/ataxia issues resulting from brain surgery. I could see doing this session once a week for a long time!😊❤

Hi Rachel, As suggested I've started working on this Osteopina friendly playlist and have done this workout 2/4 days. . Next wk I will move on to the next vid and do same vid for 4 days pw 😊 delighted to be part of your community, the change in workouts from familiar yoga sequences is wonderfully welcome too and loving how so many asanas (poses) overlap in both yoga and pilates, 'boat' pose comes to mind. Adding the weights to improve bone density feels great, even with runners knee on the left from years of impact and a partial labaral shoulder tendo tear from lifting during a house move.. I do struggle diagonally in the body at times🤣 💪 I've just signed up to an in person workshop on the fundamentals on pilates and I would love to purchase your little book if you can let me know where I can buy this please 😊 Have a lovely Easter break and birthday 🙏🕉️♥️

Enjoyed this workout. I am 75 and have difficulty getting on floor and back up. I have strong knees but the are knobby and hurt when I get on them . Do you have any workouts that will help me get onto and up off the floor.

Hi Rachel Thank you I loved this workout. Can I ask, I do hula hooping usually when adverts are on the TV. I keep my hoop behind the sofa so it’s always at hand. 😆 Is hula hooping good for the hips and back or can it cause damage?

Not my favourite session. I can't see your feet clearly because of the mat colour. I found the first warm-up exercises went too fast for me to re-set my body and get the correct arm. Finally, the salsa movements were much too quick for those of us who've never danced before.
