I'm not saying everyone has a problem with porn, but compulsive use, or use as a crutch to escape stress/difficulty is a slippery slope and certainly is a problem. If you can eliminate porn from your life, you'll very likely be a better man because of it. Easier said than done, but still a goal to strive for.

This may be a late reply, but I think quitting porn also necessitates taking some action as well. That means going out and talking/interacting with more women. Feeling confident only comes from taking action and having small wins. Quitting porn is the first step, but that alone isn't going generate confidence. Feeling follows action. Do the thing (talk to girls, work out) THEN you will feel the thing (confident, motivation to workout )
