excellent workout Rosalie. I started out following the video for a while then paused, did most of the rest myself. But then I forwarded to the last set? Why? I know you too well. I knew you would do a 10 rep set at the end. I thank you for that an all that you do

You need to have a total gym weight bar (or 1” bar) and slide throu the holes at base of glideboard. FIT models & XL models have holes for the bar. You can buy bar at www.totalgymdirect.com or www.TSc.ca
