Isn't Hand of Guldan's damage single target? The area of effect part is just for the snare, stun, and increased chance to be crit by demon pets, iirc. With the snare and stun being granted by Aura of Foreboding.

You are correct. HoG is not an AoE damage ability. It did eventually become an AoE ability in a later iteration of the game, but right now it is single target damage.

Combustion in pre patch now works as intended and adds all dots together to one huge dot. Ive done this on training dummys and i had 40k dps on them selfbuff.. so absolutely broken and i like it 😂

In cata Pally Ret was good in PvP but i never found one in Heroic Dragon soul that did all that well especially fully geared with the Tier and Gul'thrak

There's lots of classes that can and will pass each other. Fury can do just as good as arms in PVE, Frost can do just as good as unh, beast mastery can do just as good as survival,

Usable when you have over 75 Rage to increase all damage you deal by 15% but increase the rage cost of all abilities by 50%. Lasts 15 sec. so pretty much dirt cheap and its deadly calm that removes costs

If memory serves, legendary staff does not duplicate dots like you said. It does something faaaar more deadly,. When a duplication occurs, it consumes the previous dot, dealing inatant damage, then applies the new one

Cata i finally had the pc/internet to do end game I was priest. Dominated bgs , got all the flag carry acheives etc.. One day in stormwind i saw a guy recruiting for a clan i was in on warcraft 2. I msg him to talk sh1t and claim the name killer peons. Turns out he was one of my bros. Got to raid firelands with him. Also used the AH app to farm (i still felt smartphones were gimped laptops and laptops were gimped pcs so i got a blackberry andriod and worked the AH on break and lunch) gold, went from broke to 300k off the back of darkmoon decks. demon locks in cata is just really op, only class/spec that is able to solo many current raid tier boss's. as long as there is no enrage timer or tank swap needed then a lock could solo these boss's. mages are going to kind of suck till they get their t11 raid sets, till this point mages dps will be one of the weakest. so the first 1-2 weeks mages ya going to suffer a bit, but once you start getting raid gear your dps will sky rocket.
