It turns out I can't help AT ALL XD For those confused: Dress to impress is a game (series?) in the style of those old flash dress-up games about a woman who is being stalked. I didn't think there was an ARG (maybe I just forgot though), but it wouldn't really surprise me that much. So I guess if it's the existence of the ARG you're confused about, I can't really help XD.
