the whole line save for a few sultans could have had the genie as a family heirloom and the cave of wonders could have been the test of coming of age, a test to see if the sultan was worthy of being sultan. and the first creating the city through his first wish, immense wealth for his second, and the cave of wonders for his third with the cave being used as a combination of vault and emergency safe house. and the subsequent sultans calling on the genie in times of crisis, but one sultan was unworthy and all the rest forgot about or never knew about the lamp and thus were unable to keep the city prosperous and the lamp became a myth.

It should be noted Baghdad was built on top of older, more ancient cities dating all the way back to ancient Babylon. That would explain why in the Cave of Wonders you also see various styles of art and architecture from Babylon and Assyria. Also Genie is a Djinn, not a human. Djinn are secondary creations of God next to man, only instead of dirt they were made from formless smoke. That's why genie is often part mist or smoke.

If I recall the original story the Sultan was distracted by many toys that had been given to him as gifts. Also Disney changed the story to a diamond in the ruff from something harder to find the Seventh son of a Seventh son. In the cartoon series of Aladdin we got to see that the Sultan in his youth was an adventure like Aladdin. One who didn't want to rule but rather wanted to see new strange worlds and cultures. Finally if you want to tie it back to other Disney Properties. The Cave of Wonders could have been a Dark One storage locker. We did see that Rumpelstiltskin had one of these at the end of season three in the episode "There's No Place Like Home" where he stuck things he wanted to forget about. This place had the urn containing the queen from Frozen. And a desert seems like a great place for some other Dark ones might have to hide their vault of items.

Here's a little point to take notice of. The gold in the cave is not the sultan's treasure, it's a test. Once you have the lamp, you can do whatever you want. I believe that genie existed long before Agrabah, and that the first sultan stumbled into the lamp in the cave and realized what it could do. He ran out of wishes and put it back after using his wishes to create Agrabah. The ring could be an artifact that he wished into existence so that someone may find the ring and use it to find the lamp so that a new Sultan could come from where the first sultan did, a poor man on the streets pure of heart.

I think that the ring was used by the Sultans to find husbands for their daughters. The ring is passed down from generation to generation and as the standards change and girls choose who they want to marry, rather than their fathers then the ring would not be needed anymore. Aladdin shows up when the ring is placed in the snake thingy as a person outside of the Sultan family who is able to enter the cave of wonders. If Sultans are able to enter the Cave wouldn't it make sense for the person who would become the sultan to be able to enter the cave as well? Aladdin also is jolly and pure of heart like the sultan line has been, maybe Aladdin is destined to be the next Sultan.

I think the Cave of Wonders is a genie or some type of powerful djinn. The tiger has an earring just like Genie. This would also make sense because after Genie grants Jafar's wish to make him a genie, Genie doesn't send him to the Cave. Most likely so that treasure hunters don't find him. Instead he sends him to a unassuming destitute desert place. Or because Jafar was too powerful to be held by the Cave.

Okay so someone please build on this because I have no idea if I'm right. However after doing some brief research on Baghdad, the place mentioned in the video, I noticed something completely unrelated to the movie. The zoo. As you may know, the zoos in certain areas of Baghdad are famous for their tigers and on Google images can be found in the arms of zookeepers and more. This would explain Jasmine's seemingly bizarre choice of pets. Not only this but Jasmine's pet tiger may be more symbolic and important to the storyline than ever. If I remember correctly, The tiger was the one that encouraged Jasmine to go with Aladdin with a small nudge. The tiger may symbolize the cave and it's royal ties. I mean, this whole theory is hinging on whether I remember the movie correctly because I can't even remember the tigers name. So don't judge me! Also I am supposed to be doing Algebra homework so... BYE!
@Ingemaja6 жыл бұрын
1st, her tiger was named Radja (did I spell it right?). I would also like to point out how tigers, to some degree, symbolises raw emotions, intuition and trust in oneself. Jasmine does show all those things. I also do remember something about Radja giving Jasmine a slight push towards what her heart told her to do. Taking this into account and looking more at the cave, you can see certain qualities one would want to find in a good leader: heart, the ability to think fast, and a sort of strength. The cave asking for “The Pure of Heart” could be the cave asking for a worthy descendant for the lamp. The Theorizer pointed out the given importance of the ring, and this also does seem to point towards what so many others here have suggested about the cave being a wish from a previous sultan. Why would the cave then have the shape of a tiger? Does it have anything to do with symbolic qualities? Said sultan asking for a means of finding worthy leaders for his land? The ring was a family heirloom, and the one the cave accepted did end up marrying into the royal family. Aladdin also shows the qualities previously described. My suggestion regarding the tigers would be that Radja symbolises Jasmine’s heart, and the cave symbolising the need for good leaders. What do you think? I know you wrote your post several months ago, but it seemed interesting to write a small response to it (perhaps not so small) Edit: I just thought about something else when it comes to my previous suggestion regarding the cave: it could symbolise the people of Agrabah. They were poor and starving: they needed a leader who would listen to them. What leader would be better fit to actually listen and understand than someone who’ve gone through poverty and starvation on his own? Said leader would need to be kind and understanding, but at the same time tough and confident. Royalty aren’t always born royal. The cave didn’t necessarily require someone born into the royal family if said person could be what the people needed... much like how the people could be willing to accept a new leader who could give them what they needed. Does this make any sense?
@DawnzeenaMcGill6 жыл бұрын
LavaQueen_ 3001 There’s literally a couple Disney books that explain that Ragja (could be misspelled I dunno) was a gift to Jasmine from her father because she was very lonely in the palace and because of a story that her mom told her, so the zoo things kinda out the window in my personal opinion, but it would make a cool theory.
@OleandyrTheGreatDragonGod5 жыл бұрын
I still wonder why Jaffar was so power-hungry as to wish to be Sultan himself and then a Sorcerer and then a Genie. He clearly already had at least some access to magic before all that, especially if he was the one that made Iago able to talk, and he was constantly hypnotizing the actual Sultan anyway. Jaffar was basically ALREADY a wizard and the Sultan, he could have just continues to manipulate the Sultan to get his way until the Sultan eventually died, then probably continue to do the same to whoever inherited the throne unless they were not weak-minded and could resist the hypnotism or maybe Jasmine could resist and then make whoever married her "snap out of it". I suppose that could be the reason he wanted to be Sultan and/or and even more powerful wizard. That, or perhaps he was looking for the secrets of immortality. I don't know how much evidence there is for that in the film, but it's a common story thread. Also, more evidence that Jaffar was the one really controlling Agrabah, the city guards are all kind of evil and corrupt, and they all look a lot more like Jaffar than the Sultan. For a man so soft, kind, and jolly as the Sultan, I find it impossible to believe that he would enforce such draconian laws, but Jaffar probably would.

I honestly never thought that much about the ring before. I just thought it was a random artifact that Jafar needed. But what you about where the cave guardian/entrance gave he a idea. If you know about the Aladdin animated series you probably remember a couple of episodes where they reference "The sand witches of Agrabah". They are mentioned to have ruled over Agrabah, and the Tiger of The Cave of Wonders seem of be a construct of SAND. What if after Genie granted the wishes of the Sultans' the Sultan of that time formed a alliance with a group of sand witches to cement his rule over Agrabah and create a hiding place for his families treasure? Also, what if the Sand witches died out because they and the Sultans had a falling out, and the last act of Sand Witches was to erase the Sultans' memories of Genie, and their treasure? What do you think?

I think the Cave of Wonder could be based off of one from Middle Eastern lore: A hinn; Hinns were created before both humans and jinn. Some tellings say that hinn belonged to a band of angels that fought unrightous jinn. They were created out of fire (like jinn). The mouth of the Cave glows yellow'ish, and when Aladdin tries to escape the Cave, the floor opens to lava. Just a thought.

As the sultan leaves a tiger to protect his daughter that makes sense. but a better theory is that jasmines mom was the true blood ruler of agrabah and was killed by jafar to obtain one half and the location of the 2nd half of the scarab. thats why the sultan appears to have no knowledge of the lamp or any of its lore there is also the fact that the sultan says that jasmines mom wasnt as picky as her implying that HE was introduced to her and not the other way around and since its usually the most powerful kingdoms that receive the sons or daughters of less powerful ones the sultan might have been the travelling prince that came to agrabah to compete for her hand. The then princess fully aware or instinctively aware at least of the lore of the lamp chose the prince that was the most pure of heart. The lore could be that in its time of need agrabah's would always have a person on the throne that was pure of heart to use the lamp and save it. The world of that time being sexist cannot give the title of sultan to a woman jasmines father inherited the name of the previous sultan hamed bobolonius II hamed also states that his diamond ring has been in the family for years not his family but THE family possibly hinting that the ring might have belonged to his wifes family but not necessarily his own family. I have another theory that the sultans wife mightve been the sultans first advisor keeping the peace and making it great but that it descended to chaos when she was murdered and replaced by jafar. She would also have had to be well versed in magic to be ready to open the cave of wonders when the time came. The fact that jafar knew about it in such detail could also reveal that jafar is intimately linked to the lore if that familys secret was so well known to him he might have been secretely the brother of the sultans wife and thus jasmines evil uncle. Thats why he knew gazim might not be the one worthy of entering the cave he just wanted the cave to tell him who was. he also knew that that particular ring would tell him who the worthy person was. Jafar is rich and powerful surely he could have found any diamond to fuel his machine so the fact he used the sultans shows that only that ring would tell him what he wanted to know. Jafar hinted having traveled to very far places so something might have happened that made him leave agrabah or he might've been the previous sultans discarded bastard, explaining his obsession with the throne and ruling agrabah despite him already being the most powerful man in agrabah his intimate knowledge of the castles and prisons secret passages and lamp secrets and his killing of his half sister jasmines mom indicates he might been a rightful ruler scorned and obsessed with gaining power and revenge against the crown that discarded him. but its all just a theory
@embez0027 жыл бұрын
Something I noticed in the movie is the tiger symbolism. Jasmine is associated with Rajah, a tiger; the Cave of Wonders is a tiger; the actual seat back of the throne is also a tiger. I wrote an essay in college about how this equates power, wealth, and the throne of agrabah to Jasmine and the Lamp, meaning if you can get one you can essentially get the other. This may help support your thesis. It's interesting to think about!

I believe that the cave of wonders being represented by a tiger may have symbolic meanings and remember that when Abu stole-what I assume is-a Ruby the cave responded saying"Infidels!you have touched the forbidden treasure!"then proceeds to kill Aladdin and Abu by turning everything-even the Ruby Abu tried to steal then later put back-into molten lava to prevent them to"see the light again"?

Here's something...the first sultan used the lamp to create agraba. Maybe he found it in the desert or bought it from someone. He wanted a better place for his people and used two wishes to build the kingdom. Afterwards he doesn't want the lamp to fall into the wrong hands so he used the third wish to create the cave of wonders with the condition that only a worthy person (the diamond in the rough) to be able to get into the cave. And as a key he was left the ring.

Also to add onto the theory: in Once Upon a Time in Wonderland, Jafar had a ring that was given to him by his dying mother which she got by the Sultan when they were in a secret relationship, meaning there definitely was some sort of meaningful ring that was passed down in one way or another that Jafar definitely knew about

My friend and I have developed a theory about one of your past videos. We believe that the dentist in Finding Nemo could possibly be Andy's dad. In one scene you can spot a buzz light year toy in the waiting room as you mentioned. If you also look at the dates the first toy story was released in 1995 and Finding Nemo was released in 2003. These dates line up which means the dentist could possibly be Andy's father. They also have similar traits. Everyone in Andy's family have blue eyes, including the dentist. The dentist could also have had brown hair at one point which would work also. We do not have much evidence but we just thought we would let you know our thought

what if aladdin is jafar? jafar comes from the future, a future where he somehow lost jasmine and the kingdom because of something stupid he did. he is determined to go back in time, find the riches, save the kingdom and marry the love of his life, but this time make sure she doesnt die or leave him. as he is older and more experienced he is convinced that he can now take care of jasmine and the kingdom properly but in the pursue of this, he starts becoming corrupt because its not going his way. but his goal still stays the same: save the kingdom and jasmine. he of cours fails and thus he gets stuck in a time loop. agrabah is destined to be destroyed
@lpfan44916 жыл бұрын
it cant really be a time loop,because jaffar doesnt know dick about the genies rules.but the theory isnt so bad,maybe he comes from a future where everything went right without the genie for some time but then everything kinda went to shit for him AND the city,because they had less help,etc.

I have a book of fairytales and one of the story is called amal and the Genie and it tells you how the Genie got trapped in the lamp, the story goes that amal was walking one day and for whatever reason had an egg an a lump of salt in his pocket, he met the Genie who was in a horrible mood and challenged him, he then tricked the Genie into believing that he won and because Genies hate to lose he bought amal back to his house and tried to kill him while he slept, the morning after amal (who he never actually managed to kill) trapped him in an oil lamp and he stayed in there until he was found by Aladdin. I don't know if it's relevant or not but it's a good story

then again was aladdin so pure of heart, I mean he uses genie to get in jasmins pants, eventually also becoming sultan as a bonus, and only releases genie after he got what he wanted. pretty much the same deal with jafar except that aladdin somehow has a good heart. what a load of bull.

There's a part in Aladdin where the Sultan says "Praise Allah!"(If memory serves) Which implies the people of Agrabah are Islamic. And so probably wouldn't have a tiger-cave-thing as a god. Unless they had some kind of multi-theistic hybrid religion. Or they have another god entirely who has the same name.

You’re entirely correct. In fact, it isn’t just the Sultan. The thief enlisted by Jafar in the beginning exclaims Allah when he sees the Cave of Wonders. Agrabah is clearly an Islamic city

I would expect that a previous Sultan wished for the cave. However, if none of the line did have the lamp, it seems likely that one simply found a way to trick or imprison a demon. Middle Eastern mythology is full of great kings that could exercise or command demons through deception or skill. If we're including the cartoon series, the latter is even more likely, since we know there are spirits and creatures that can be used and imprisoned.

My theory is at the cave is possessed by the soul of the first sultan to ensure his family treasures stay safe for all eternity and we know he died at some point after his child the second sultan was born because the cave obviously has knowledge of what kind of people are pure and Like sultan family members so how would the cave know what sultan family members are like if he didn’t become the cave of wonders until after the first sultans children were born think about it

There was another genie in the ring one with lesser power than the genie in the lamp that trapt the genie of the lamp in a cave of wonders so he wouldn't bully humanity in setting him free. Then fulfilled the loney traveler chosen to assist the genie of the ring with his most heart desires. XD
@AnishMurthy12976 жыл бұрын
So here's my theory about the cave and an addition to the carpet and genie: The cave of wonders was a natural/ancient existence that already existed here long before the sultan's family created Agrabah. How it connects, I'll explain below. So we know that the ancestor of the Sultan (dude with the black mustache and beard) created Agrabah. I haven't seen the episode, but I'm assuming it doesn't actually cover the whole creation of the city. So he tries to create it as he wanted to, but realises that it isn't possible for him alone, and when he's wandering, trying to think of something, he stumbles across the cave of wonders. He enters it and happens to find the ring there, and also genie's lamp, but not carpet. He takes genie with him and uses his wishes to build the kingdom, and makes it a sort of dream location for everyone in it. (which later falls because none of the sultans really knew how to rule a kingdom, but used the genie to wish the kingdom to keep existing. The current state of disrepair shows that the secret of the lamp was probably lost for a few generations, which explains why it's like this now.) After he uses his 3 wishes though, he decides to keep genie back in the cave, and maybe tell his children about it so that they may use the genie when it becomes necessary one day. But for some reason, that secret becomes lost. He still passes on the ring though, and that endured through the years from sultan to sultan. Now, this explains why Genie didn't meet carpet in millenia. Genie probably never even saw the inside of the cave many times, as the sultans probably brought the lamp out before using it, just like Aladdin probably would have if not for the way closing. I don't exactly remember, but Jafar only needed the scarab the first time he approached the cave, right? The second time, when he brought Aladdin, the scarab wasn't necessary? If so, this gives strong evidence that when the worthy approach the cave, no such device is necessary to open it.

Interesting point about Iago. Actually, now you've made me think of The Sword In The Stone, and made me want you to make a theory on Archimedes. So, Archimedes is a "highly educated owl", which seems strange, considering owls aren't the brainiest of birds (it's proven possible to make a parrot actually talk in real life... kinda. Owls, not so much). Strangely enough, Archimedes seems to poo poo Ector's suggestion that he was educated by magical means, but maybe that's because, while Merlin did give him the capacity to learn by magic, but did the job of actually teaching him the normal way (hence Archimedes's first move when put in charge of teaching Arthur being to direct him to a bunch of books and saying to start reading). This is a bit of a can of worms, though, as this makes it inconsistent whether Merlin has the power to affect mental faculties. I remember wondering once why he left that squirrel to suffer rather than letting her be a human like Arthur, and I always thought it was because he could only change one's physical being, not mental being, so the squirrel could presumably only be given human form and never be able to life like a human. Merlin explains to Arthur in the moat scene that he technically only made him look like a fish, not made him into a fish, as he isn't one mentally, right? But if that's the case, why doesn't that rule apply to Archimedes, who most likely isn't a transformed human (he sure doesn't react well to getting threatened with being turned into one)? I mean, I guess Merlin might just have abilities he was choosing not to use, as Arthur probably wasn't interested in relationships even as a human, and it would be hard to teach someone a lesson you literally gave the brain of a fish. Though, then again, that would mean he deliberately was teaching Arthur on hard mode in the moat, as Archimedes's retaining an owl's skills to fly implies he can make one mentally part nonhuman, but ehh. If you have a more compelling theory about this movie, I'd love to hear it.

Well, jafar needed that little golden beetle to open the cave of wonders, and the ring to locate it. Since jafar had one half of the beetle, I assume he swiped it from the palace. Since his "pungent friend" who got him the other half had to slit a few throats to get the other half, I assume that the other half had been lost or stolen from the palace before, probably years before. The other half of the beetle being gone for years and nobody knowing about what it does or the cave of wonders is consistent with the fact that the Sultan doesn't seem to know anything about the genie etc: the beetle was a 2 part key previously owned by the Sultan, but once half was stolen (presumably the two halves were kept separate for obvious reasons), over time their purpose was forgotten, just like sultan's ring. Now - the beetle is clearly magical, as is the ring and the sands of time themselves. This suggests the key was either created by the genie or that the key and the genie have common origins. The simple explanation is that the genie created the cave of wonders and left the beetle key with the Sultan (his "last master"), but it could be that whatever force made the genie a genie created the cave, or that its creation was intrinsic to the genie in some way. The cave of wonders takes the shape of a tiger's head, and jasmine just so happens to have a pet tiger. Maybe it's symbolic of tradition, a reminder in plain sight of the cave of wonders: a pet tiger at the palace. Or maybe it's something of an omen; there's not always a pet tiger at the palace historically, but jasmine happens to have one. While jasmine herself didn't find the lamp in the cave, it may have been foretelling of Aladdin doing so. Perhaps the entity that becomes the cave of wonders is representative of the true force, the innate magical entity, behind the genie and thus the sultans riches and everything. Everybody is an unknowing agent of this force - except jafar. He's the only one who challenges it. The only one who knows. The only one who dares to look through the veil. But his lust for power corrupts him and ultimately leads to his downfall as he essentially, unwittingly, wishes himself to become a prisoner of the entity by making himself a genie. I think that, after he wished to be the most powerful sorcerer in the world, the magic that was used by genie to make it so basically made jafar delusional with power: notice how he didn't wish to be a genie off the bat, just an all powerful sorcerer. Seems like a redundant, wasted wish right? Odd for someone so calculating and manipulative who's been planning for years. It's because he became jaded when he was the most powerful sorcerer on Earth. Think of this underlying magical entity as magnetism. Whenever (a) the genie uses his magic to grant a wish, it makes the subject of that wish more "magnetic" and thus jafar unknowingly became a victim of said entity. So Aladdin, genie, jasmine, they were just agents, actors on behalf of this entity, and while jafar challenged it, not knowing the depth of its true nature, became overconfident and like a Chinese finger trap became a prisoner himself as he vied for such colossal power of being a genie himself.

Maybe the first sultan had created the cave of wonders and had it in the shape of a tiger head on purpose. Tigers are supposed to be known in some countries to be protectors of people or royalty, like with Jasmin and Rasha. Also, maybe Rasha has a tie to the cave of wonders.

I'm actually really surprised you didnt say anything about how jasmine has a pet tiger? I definitely believe that has something to do with it, especially because the tiger is so protective over jasmine.
@caseyarchibald9817 жыл бұрын
Let’s see, due to this theory, my speculations for the cave of wonders is that the sultans have some physical, if not spiritual, connection to tigers, my points for this theory are, Jasmine’s tiger has been with her from a young age, now you can say that the tiger (I forgot his name) was domesticated, but what about how they got the tiger from it’s mother, tigers are very protective of their young, and this movie is likely set in a time before sedation, although some theories state otherwise, so how would they get a tiger cub from it’s mother without some kind of violence, which I highly doubt the sultan is capable of, you couldn’t without repercussions unless you had some tie to tigers. Point 2, according to your theory, the cave of wonders was created by a past sultan and is in the image of a tiger, now why a tiger? There are plenty of dangerous animals that could be used, but it’s the one animal Jasmine has as a pet that acts like a kitten to it’s mother to her, but acts how a wild tiger would act to someone she doesn’t like, now why is that? If her tiger truly was domesticated, it would be more cautious of strangers than threatening towards, also, before Jasmine realizes that Prince Ali is Aladdin, her tiger is threatening and straight up violent towards Aladdin, but once Jasmine realizes that it’s Aladdin, her tiger almost instantly calms down. Now how would you explain that? Therefore, the sultan’s family are spiritually connected to tigers and I feel the tiger shaped figure is the spirit animal of the entire sultan’s family, or symbolic of their connection with tigers.

OK so what if: the cave 'being', deity, whatever. it's an ancient being that Created Genie as Genie. maybe the cave has been there for eons, it's not the sultan's originally. the Genie may have stumbled onto the cave when scouting for goods to sell as a human MERCHANT and wanted to loot it to sell. the cave would have punished him, but if he was truly worthy/pure as his character is inherently benevolent. therefore he made him a Genie, doomed to grant others wishes and make him reside possibly in the very lamp he tries to steal. the ring could have been part of a larger wish by the creator of agrabar, who may as you said have used Genie. this fits as the diamond being the key to open it, as his wish could have been for a key that would allow future sultans to find and use Genie in future crisis of the city. generations later this knowledge is not passed on to Jasmine's father, and this still goes with why jafar would need to get close to the sultan to find the lamp. his immediate back up plan to marry Jasmine may have been a desperate attempt to become sultan, giving him ownership of the diamond and the power/right to go into the cave, hoping this magic would return the lamp to the cave for him to obtain as 'rightful' sultan.

I have a possible extension to help you with your theory. In the Animated Series since it is somewhat Cannon. Eden the genie of the bottle has two appearances. Indian Thousand and One Arabian Nights which Aladdin is based off of. There are three types of Genies that exist. The genie of the lamp male, the genie of the bottle female, and the genie of the Ring. Could the ring the Sultan's own once hold the genie that help them get their power? All their riches? It's something to think about.

Something you missed mentioning on this theory: being named "[Name] II" does not imply their parent was "[Name] I", just that they were named after an ancestor of the same name. This is especially relevant in ruling lines. If you look at, say, the family tree of the British Royal Family, you'll find instances of this, such as King Edward VII (whose father was Prince Albert, he inherited the throne from Queen Victoria), his son, King George V, and his grandsons, King Edward VIII and Prince George (no number). King George V's second son was King George VI, but his fourth son and fifth child overall was also named George, who doesn't get the number designation because he didn't become King. So, yeah, your conclusion that Hamed I wasn't Hamed II's father was very likely correct.

The ring could have been a family heirloom meant to help locate the cave which has always existed with the lamp. The cave is supposed to test someone's heart as seen and said in the movie by the many riches and all the sultans were concerned with other simpler things other than riches. Which is why it's filled with it, if the sultans were concerned with riches they couldn't have entered the cave in the first place and would have just wished to be rich. I think the sultans just wished for simple things or to be important.

The Theorizer, I don't think the tiger is an easter egg...What would it be an easter egg to? Have you noticed the connections...The carpet having tigers, the cave of wonders guarded by a tiger, Jasmine's pet being a tiger? There has to be some hidden meaning in the tigers. I have done some research and in Chinese culture, the tiger is the king of the beasts, and it represents some powerful energy. It is also intertwined with the Chinese God of Wealth, which is shown sitting upon a tiger. That would make sense for the cave of wonders and the magic carpet, but what about Jasmine's pet tiger, Rajha? He is simply that, just a pet. Unless he has a deeper meaning to him. Why in the beginning does he only like Jasmine, and doesn't trust anyone but her, until he learns he can trust Alladin? I need some help here on this. Something is up.

My thoughts on the cave is that its like a dragon. The sultan's made a deal with it that they will give it the riches of the land to guard and in exchange it let only them and the pure of heart enter.
