I have severe abdominal discomforts. Not digestive most foods and chronic pains in abdomen. But yoga really helped me to relieve from this stress. 3rd Asna is bit difficult to try even if its really helpful for me. I get a bad pain in my thighs. So i tried this in the bed. 😇😍🤗

I just found your video. I am 67 years and I am just starting to feel old and stiff. I am going to try these positions for a week to see how I’m feeling. I use to ride mtn bike jumping trails till I was 66 then my doctor told me to stop riding in the woods because I have beginners of osteoporosis. He was afraid for me to fall lol. So I stopped and I have gained 5 pounds and 3” in my waist. Ugh I don’t want to continue on this growth so I will try these moves. Thank you for putting this information out for all to see!!💕

i had same problem with the subtitle lol , u can fix it from this screen, click on the top right corner where it shows three dots on top of each other, click caption for auto generate off, it turns off the subtitle.

Thank you for the video. I will explain my problem pls suggest me which asanas I am supposed to do and which are to be avoided. I had undergone surgery, right ovarian cyst on May 30 th 2022 ( 5 months) , that is removal of uterus and ovaries. I was diagnosed ovarian cancer after surgery. And also I am having Acid reflux, gastric problem, knee pain , Constipation, neck and right shoulder pain in the past. So I am confused what exercises I am supposed to do. My tummy is in increasing mode even after doing yoga and walking. So I am very much worried about my tummy as well as my health. Waiting for your precious reply
