1. Equal Breathing:
Inhale for a count of four, then exhale for the same count.
Maintain a steady and even rhythm, creating balance in breath and calming the mind.
Extend the practice for 1 to 2 minutes to enhance oxygen circulation, vital for physical and mental health.
2. Intercostal Breathing:
Sit comfortably with a straight spine, hands on knees, and eyes gently closed. Gently keep your hands around the ribs. Focus on deep inhalations and slow exhalations through the nose.
Observe movements of your intercostal muscles with each breath, letting go of thoughts and anchoring attention in breath awareness.
3. Bhramari Pranayama (Humming Bee Breath):
