This was such a good video! I think the majority of us go into TTC very naively because school and society as a whole tell us when we are younger 'have unprotected sex and you will get pregnant' so that never prepares us for the fact it isn't always like that! It's almost brainwashed into us that unprotected sex = baby! It's funny how quickly we all go from being clueless at the start of our TTC journey to fertility experts by the end of it 🙈😂 x

Once in a Lullaby so so true!! The second "unprotected" sex happens we automatically assume, alright I'm getting pregnant! Which is definitely NOT the case for many. Haha I feel like we could be a professors of infertility at this point 😂 whereas a few years ago if you asked me how ovulation worked, I'd have scratched my head and wondered what you were even talking about!

Cheers for the video content! Apologies for butting in, I would love your initial thoughts. Have you heard about - Tarbbatigan Complete Unit Tip (search on google)? It is a great one off product for learning how to get pregnant naturally without the headache. Ive heard some decent things about it and my friend after many years got cool results with it.

Thank you for your openness in sharing your struggles with infertility. I think this will be so helpful to many women. Even though I am not having any more children I think it's an important subject to talk about and so many women don't. I struggled with infertility and kept it quiet and struggled on my own (with my hubby). I look back at it now and wish I had been more open about it so I appreciate what you're doing. After 2 years of disappoint and multiple fertility treatments, we were blessed to get pregnant. Our daughter is now 12 (and a half). After my first pregnancy my body figured itself out. I was able to have 3 more children with no fertility struggles. I hope this is an encouragement to you. There are so many lessons that I learned through my struggles and when I look back at that time I can see God's hand through it all.

Thank you so much for sharing and being so open through your journey. These are all the things I have learned through my months of ttc. Like you, I wish I knew beforehand! My only other tip would be to find a support system. Not many of my friends are trying, so it can feel lonely through the negative tests each month. I've found a great community on KZbin that helps me feel less alone. ❤️ again, thank you for being so willing to share.

Brittany and Matt have pcos my whole life, since 17-18 years old, until I off the pills and put off 20 pounds, some ppl ease their symptoms by diet or control the sugar intake I was never super regulated but I would ovulate on my own every 45 days when I maintain my ideal weights, got pregnant both time while on it, so just piece of advice, I know how pcos could do to us and I know how it feels ttc with irregular period

This was a great video and very true! I just got married in march and I've been trying to conceive since then and i thought I was get pregnant right off but I haven't. Tons of really great info!!! I’m 24 and just getting started on trying to conceive. The minute I took out my BC I thought I’d be preggo within a week. Of course when that didn’t happen I felt totally oblivious. Your advice has been super helpful already. Oh! Btw I heard that you shouldn’t use tea tree around puppers. I think it’s toxic for them. I totally support diffusing all other essential oils:)

It's so interesting to hear other people's ttc stories, my husband and I are on cycle 15 with still no luck but keeping everything crossed!! I personally found when I was using ovulation sticks I was getting more down when I would get my period because I would know that I ovulated and we had sex so why wasn't it happening etc, and sex almost became a chore as we would be doing it even if we really weren't in the mood and it just took the spark away. Since we've stopped doing that and taken a much more carefree approach it's working out much better and I'm much more relaxed :) we're in tests process at the moment to see if there's anything wrong anywhere so hoping the ball will start rolling ☺️ baby dust to all!!

Maybe try neroli for your oil diffuser? It triggers natural serotonin production in your brain which leads to an uplifted optimistic mood. I've been using it for depression for years and it's really helped. Best of luck on your baby journey!

Be careful with the essential oils. While they are good for so many things, many of them are not safe during pregnancy, especially early on. My husband was a massage therapist, and when he was practicing he wouldn't have oils diffusing or apply any to his patients that could be or were pregnant. The main reason behind that is many of the most common essential oils can stimulate uterine contractions which can cause miscarriage. I love essential oils myself, but since gaining that knowledge, I have decided to stay away from them while TTC.

Tabitha M that's interesting! Thanks for the tip, I never apply any of them to my body but I know some women do! I personally just like the relaxing scent they give off. Much healthier than burning a candle!

Just out of curiosity why would you be put on bc since 14? It’s really young... I was put on the bc since 18 but I off it after four months. I know ppl who diagnosed with pcos use bc to regulate like my dr suggested me and some have hormonal problems severe skin problems would be using bc to regulate too, but why would you be on birth control for 9 whole years? Nobody knows what it’s gonna affect your reproductive system to be honest
