No change in behavior just hiding it better in the future. I’m a sex guarantee with messy feelings. I now have more insecurities than I ever had. Every day the focus is on sex for him and mine is still trying to understand the disfunction. He says he wants peace at the end of his day but I can’t give what I don’t have. He uses the love word but I don’t think love is supposed to be this painful for me getting no sleep just using google to try to understand. He sleeps peacefully every night and our conversations are only me talking with a blank stare on his face and no input- he also makes sure to add at the end that it took 3 hours longer than necessary because he chooses what feelings he wants to have and pushes the others away. My children get the scraps of what’s left of me and I have no one who understands. If he read this he would comment on my punctuation and sentence format missing the entire point 😢

I lived the same nightmare as you for 25 yrs. I wish I had left when my kids were young....he will damage them. If I can give you one word of advice RUN and don't look back. My life is so peaceful and wonderful now, you and your kids deserve to have a life where you are not walking on eggshells. Best of luck ❤

Yea there is nothing normal with a narcissist,they will make life very hard for their partener. It best to leave them and just move on when it is possible or else the survivor will have to deal with tons of problems because of them

Have u experience a ego death? If so wat brought it about do u feel better to have gone through it or was it terrifying ? Do u fear going through it again? Thank u for ur time. Maybe make a vid on the subject.
