Minute 1: Burpees with Dumbbell Press
Minute 2: Lunges
Minute 3: Mountain Climbers
Minute 4: Rest
Repeat until the time is over.
You will realize how very difficult this workout is due to the continuous work you are doing.
The minute of rest will be over quickly each time, trust me.
This bodyweight / dumbbell hybrid routine gives you a full body stimulus and will hit the spot.
For me this is high intensity training at its finest
