Minute 1: Burpees with Dumbbell Press
Minute 2: Lunges
Minute 3: Mountain Climbers
Minute 4: Rest
Repeat until the time is over.
You will realize how very difficult this workout is due to the continuous work you are doing.
The minute of rest will be over quickly each time, trust me.
This bodyweight / dumbbell hybrid routine gives you a full body stimulus and will hit the spot.
For me this is high intensity training at its finest

Great routine brother Simon!! It looks brutal but nothing can’t stop you!! I wanna try this out but I haven’t done squats or lunges since my knee injury 3 weeks ago. Gonna have to tho. Much love and big salute to you bother!! 🫡🫡💪🏼💪🏼

Nice work Simon! This looks like a calisthenic version of the Norwegian Four by Four. I wonder if the benefits are similar in regards to VO2 Max...

Hey JP! I got to check for the Norwegian four by four this is the first time I hear about it! With regards to VO2 Max, this kind of training here in combination with running significantly improved it for me. Mine is at 59 now Thanks for your comment brother

I did routines like this when trained for hyrox. I realy sucks, but when you're finished It feels great. 😂

I did not forget about your idea with the routines dedicated for running power - I have so many training ideas that I need to try to fit them in somewhere haha By the way brother I uploaded a 3 months challenge with regards to running, this will be interesting for you. Very straightforward and simple to execute

Thank you very much brother! That is my go to Method, to keep them short but efficient Here I used 2 x 10 Kilo dumbbells but whichever weight you use is fine! What does your training look like currently?
