In this 30 minute full body workout, you'll be using dumbbells to work all of your muscle groups. This is a great workout for those new to strength training, or anyone who wants a challenging workout at home.
This strength training workout is designed to help you build muscle and strength, and is perfect for those new to at-home workouts. If you're looking for a challenging workout that you can do at home, then this is the workout for you!

00:33 - WARM UP WITH BARBELL (3 minutes)
03:19 - ROUND 1 with small dumbells (5 minutes)
08:38 - ROUND 2 with small dumbells (5 minutes)
15:02 - ROUND 3 with medium dumbbells (5 minutes)
20:44 - ROUND 4 with medium dumbbells (5 minutes)
25:56 - COOL DOWN (3 minutes
(back stretch, chest stretch, triceps stretch, standing quads stretch, calf stretches, hamstring stretches)

how heavy do the dumbbells need to be?

Hi @leyendaProductions, thanks for reaching out. In the video we use 6Kg and 8Kg dumbbells. This can be adapted to what you are most comfortable using. ^BB
