Damn when Insima was talking about not caring about what people think .how they look at him with his barefoot sandals as they wear the Jordans . I love that and resonate with that . Don't have many friends due to not having common ground to relate on . This is why this podcast is one of my top favorites. When I listen it's like I have friends that understand and want to keep improving. Thank you guys

I've lost 216 pounds (so far, still have about 60ish pounds to lose). One big thing I've learned is that it's OK to be hungry, the feeling goes away after around 1/2 hour.

If you haven't tried the Piedmontese beef yet you should. Got a box of it Friday and it was well packaged, frozen solid. Came in just 2 days. Ate a pack of steak tips the next day and they were tasty as hell. Nothing special done just in a pan with salt and pepper. Very tender.

Me and my brother used to eat a whole box of cream pies and fudge rounds everyday as children. No wonder I was always tired and never felt good. I’m so glad I’ve got a handle on my diet these days.

I’m never hungry when I wake up in the morning so I stopped eating breakfast. A few months ago I broke my ankle so I started eating higher protein and more vegetables in my meals to help with healing. I was less hungry, so I stopped snacking. Suddenly I started losing weight. So far I’ve lost 25 pounds. Then I watched this and found out, I’m doing intermittent fasting. I didn’t even know that’s what I was doing. It seems to be helping me type 2 diabetes and I’m feeling better than I was before. Also, I’m out of the ankle brace two months early.

When I was a kid after the bus dropped me off I’d get inside and either eat a row of chips ahoy cookies with milk or I’d have tortilla chips and salsa with chocolate milk and watch cartoons. I was hitting like 200 as a 13 year old and probably like 5’8”. My interests changed that next year and started fishing and hunting immediately after school drop off and lost 20 lbs and also grew like 4”. I had a complete different basketball season lol.

I used to be 125lbs at 6ft and eat 2 icecream sandwiches plus a box of cheeze itz everyday. I dont know how I survived nor got fat as a teenager lool. Granted I did surf and skate a lot so that probably helped me keep the weight off. Funny how I have gained 50lbs eating healthy instead of eating junk food. I guess I just never had much hunger signaling and the junk food is literally ALL I ate, besides dinner.

Same dude, I pretty much didn’t eat real food until I was about 27 years old. I was skinny fat, but I wasn’t overweight. Once I stopped moving and drinking in my late teens, I started packing on fat, but was still 150-160 at 6ft tall as well. -Andrew

To avoid eating everything in my fridge when I get home from work, I time my arrival home with dinner time. I work out or run errands after work to extend that time period. It just helps me eat a meal instead of shredded cheese out of the bag like a maniac 😂 Pringles are so underrated.

Speaking of snacks though, buy few pounds of beef heart, chop it into small pieces, make few ounce servings for the week and enjoy. Much cheaper than commercial beef jerkys which are loaded with sugar, much more nutritional and if you need to add some fat to it, Philadelphia cream cheese will do the job fine. Trust me

that's god tier genetics, takis and still elite haha. In all seriousness, those damn Takis hit all the right sensors and you probably do out work most people who would normally gain a lot of weight eating them.

Great episode but I wish you could also cover minority group of underweight people. Should they do the opposite and snack? What about fasting? Lots of people would benefit from this knowledge as well.
