I've finally realised what the fundamental problem is with all these confused pitchers. It's not just communication breakdown, it's the pitcher not understanding the target audience. You need to understand what information your target audience is after. Given that the pitchers are supposed to be business-minded like the Dragons, and that the Dragons actually ASK for the information they're after, it's pretty poor that the pitcher still cannot answer their relatively simple questions.

Especially as the dragons have been asking the same 5 or 6 fundemental questions for years (patterns, forecast growth, entry to market , gross earning, margins).
