Agreed, I spent more time on my newest build finding a case than anything else. For SFF builds there is now a pretty good choice of beautiful cases (for a price), but for desktop workstation builds, we def need more companies like Fractal making interesting and pleasing designs.

For anyone building in this case, the bottom fan should be exhaust. The case has plenty of intake from the side. A bottom intake just recirculates the same hot air inside from the GPU and CPU.
@SurrealLeaf9 ай бұрын
But wouldnt the hot air exhausted from bottom raise and get sucked in from sides again too? I mean im no expert but logically that would also happen, I think?

i'm using this for building an ai client on for my portfolio. I wanted it to be as cheap as possible (with the exception of the GPU whilst i get to know the GPU requirements & cases thermals). I also am studying at the moment so wanted to re-use parts from my old pc. Its the only instance where i've had to buy a non ASUS MB (Gigabyte 550). The temptation to go big like this was almost overpowering but i ended up with a Ryzen 5 5600x, Asus 4070 Super Dual Evo, Samsung 990 inc Heatsink 2TB, Noctua NH-L9a-AM cooler and 64gb ram and fans salvaged from my old pc. I'm really intrigued about the thermals, and whether it can fit a small liquid cooler (stuff's arriving in a few days), either custom or low profile 1-fan. Aside from the GPU, it cost me £600 I would have loved to go AM5 so i could use asus but having the RAM already would have added about £100. Love the vids

Instead of using the most high end CPU you went for a less power consuming one, focusing a cooler and quieter system for the small form factor. Thank you and keep up the great content!
