I put away my smoking tray and put a bowl of fidget toys, gum and Vic's vapor rub there instead so if I go over to where I usually smoke there's a bunch of sensory stuff to distract me.

Quitting is hard. You have to have a plan. You can't just white knuckle it. How will you deal with cravings? How will you deal with insomnia? How will you deal with invasive thoughts and depression? Ive quit cigs and weed and having a plan made a big difference

I'm day 9 off weed and 3 days of the cigs. This sucks and I feel horrible. I get 3 hours sleep and wake up with crazy dreams. I feel so board and am trying to get back to working out. I have been hidding in my house and feel sick. I have a burning sensation inside my gut and I feel I can explode with anger for nothing. I have listen to your vids throw this journey. Thanks. Anyway you can do this for me 😢. I keep saying no to my internal voice. But my thoughts will not chill out and rest. Stay strong my fellow quitter. I am using patches too, I use them for a week and then stop using them as I hope the fact I have went this far will keep me going. I am 41 and i have smoked weed since i was 12 years old and cigs and weed since i was 16year old

It’s easier to focus on one thing at a time rather than multiple things. Maybe quit weed first, then after a month of being sober you can get into a routine of exercising. Once you have these two down, then try quitting cigarettes.

The simplest reason is how discreet and easy to use and it’s so hard to get caught back in the day either roll up or a pack of cigs now online has ruined so many kids and they don’t teach in schools anymore the dangers from it

facts, society has largely thrown in the towel on this matter. This community is slowly changing that though!

I am a few days away from being 1 year totally free of vaping :) I had such a hard time with it. I have some ocd, and I was compulsive with my vaping. Having addictive substances in your flesh makes ocd feel and present at a worse level. I would get sick from vaping. One time I threw up and I thought there was vape oil in it. I hope anything about this comment might help someone else. Totally quitting takes the pressure away from the freedom of granting it to yourself sometimes. It will lead to total relapse. Quitting means quitting. Non-smokers don't smoke. They don't go outside and smoke "sometimes," or that would make them a smoker.

I quit 5 times and on the 8th of March I was like “No more if It’s just me vaping inhaling aerosol and flavored air no need for it stick to just weed once in a while” like once every 3 weeks especially in the winter when there’s nothing to do cus I live in the Midwest in my opinion it’s better than drinking a beer to relax after work and I just seen too many movies, shows that show what happens to full blown alcoholics so I’m only 19 years old but don’t need alcohol, nicotine in my life I’m still addicted to caffeine and porn but I’m not as bad I used to be drinking coffee, and soda within the same amount of hours and at 13 years old for the porn thing used to beat it like 6 times a day after school cus of stress now I only bust like once every three days but still want to kick that addiction and stick to just no caffeine even though it helps me focus for long periods of time cus I have ADHD I might just kick caffeine and porn and only I guess vice in my life is cannabis use but again that’s still once in a while and I don’t have like have a kid or any big responsibilities other than keeping my job but I can pat myself on the back for not being high before and during work like my Dad does I get he has a repetitive job but I’d rather smoke after so I guess what I’m getting at is my value of life will be better when I quit at least porn and every caffeine product weed I’ll always smoke once in a while but I can still do other things to make me happy I don’t rely on weed to relax it’s just a good reward and refreshing experience to appreciate how my life is at this particular moment no matter how much bullshit life is I’ll never smoke everyday even if I had the money and time to do so cus there’s more to life than just smoking, playing video games, watching TV especially in the summer time

I quit vaping after having sinus issues for over a year, eventually one of the infections even developed into orbital cellulitis, I told myself it wasn’t the vape but I had never had sinusitis prior to vaping, I switched to zyn and I know it’s not the best to replace one habit with another but I don’t think I could have quit without it, it’s now been 6 months since I vaped. I still think about it and still miss it lol but I haven’t had a single sinus issue since and that’s what keeps me off of it. It’s hard, but whatever your reason is, hang in there.

I'm diagnosed with anxiety and I've tried to quit nicotine so many times but my anxiety always gets worse every time I try to quit which stops me from being able to quit successfully. I never fall in to the trap of ""I'm going to quit unless an event happens" but I always get really bad anxiety that I don't know how to deal with. I've tried supplements including KSM66 Ashwagandha and others.

Breaking the habit is actually the easy part as nicotine addiction is a lifetime battle, at least for me. I hope everyone with a crippling craving for the forbidden fumes finds the strength in themselves to beat this disease and keep it out forever PS $200 for 270 gummies we're not made of money😂
