@Todd_Herman I have a goal of onboarding Walmart with my unicorn company which was founded by my billionaire business partner. If I onboard Walmart into both of our systems I will get $2 billion upfront, then $91 million per month for the lifeblood of our partnership and $400 million every year as an anniversary. Would love to connect and see how we can make this happen

I just read this part in the book "Atomic Habits" about identity change: New identities require new evidence. If you keep casting the same votes you’ve always cast, you’re going to get the same results you’ve always had. If nothing changes, nothing is going to change. It is a simple two-step process: 1. Decide the type of person you want to be. 2. Prove it to yourself with small wins.

That’s Goggins whole thing too. You must change behavior first, with willpower. Changes in thought patterns will follow. Eventually willpower no longer required.

Came across Todd Herman and the 90 day year by chance in 2017 when my back was against the wall. Completely broke, in debt and I HAD to make my business work to pay rent. I couldn't afford to buy his program but just used what he gave away for free in his lead magnet. Dug myself out of that hole and now I'm a million miles from that place. The OPP framework works, if you work it. Cheers!

It was encouraging to hear Zane talk about trying to not smoke weed. I relate to that, weed has helped me in the past achieve things like a big strength goal I had, cause I'd smoke every time b4, then really push the weight up and rest tons, and eat tons afterwards obviously. But after 15 flipping years or so... it is so hard to quit. And i have these like weak reasons to. Most of the people around me who are successful actually do smoke, but there is no doubt they would be better off if they did not. I also think after selling a company weed might help u decompress but let's be real, the problem with drugs is they don't do the same thing the next time! tolerance goes up, and u never experience the same high. so f that stuff.

if you can do it 1 time every 2 weeks or less, it becomes a powerful psychedelic drug 1 time per month is best if you do it more than 1 time every 2 weeks you stop getting "high" and you start getting "stoned"-thats when it changes your personality, and reduces your efficiency/effectiveness

The identity part is very important. But the biggest thing for me is reverse engineering stuff. Look at who has already achieved what you want to achieve. Then analyze how they got there, find create systems to automate the process, and do the daily actions required. Do this long enough and you will get achieve anything within reason.

My favorite part is when he takes the content of “Atomic Habits” and pretends it’s his ideas. Oh and the part where he claims he came up with Kobe’s Mamba Mentality. Convenient that he’s not alive to verify any of that… Not a single photo of him with either star… Are you telling me he was their performance coach and they never took a single photo together? He came up with the Mamba mentality and Kobe didn’t reference him once in an interview or take a photo?
