you have tons of endurance in front lever. Super sick and fun to watch.

I may have missed it but how long do you train and how often a week? Im doing around 7-8 different things with 3 sets each, every 2nd day for over a year now and have done pretty good One thing i dont do at all is diet because knowing from past experiences, i would quit when i have to check what i eat everytime. I have healthy eating "habits" and it works without dieting for me

I train run & trian everyday. Running is 30-60m most of the time Training is 1.5h on average I guess? Including warm up. Yeh, a strict diet is not fun eh 😁

@tim_geerts Good to hear you are doing around 1.5hours too- i thought im either doing too long breaks or i am training "too much" Dieting is not fun at all, no ^^ and seeing how i am already pretty confident in my "transformation" i dont see me starting to diet any time soon ;) im not here for a perfect body in a month, im here for a healthy lifestyle plus building a nice looking body over a years btw: your front lever is crazy good- thats one of the exercises i want to master too

What is your method for achieving the front lever? Im stuck at 20sec adv tuck lever holds.. I am 82 kg (lean) and 187cm tall.
@tim_geerts5 күн бұрын
I did lots of tuck pull ups, ice cream makers (look it up on youtube) and one legged holds :)
